Following them was tricky. They're clearly used to throwing trails because every turn they take they wouldn't signal, every stop was brief before they were off again and they had constantly switched lanes as well. I manage to keep trailing them and stop a block away as they pull into a parking garage.

I sit in my car and wait for any sign of movement. It's only five or so minutes later when they come, laughing, out the side door. So, I hop out and follow them down the street and into a park. They all sit on a bench and look around a little bit, peaking my interest. They take no note of me as a lean against a tree a few feet away, and pull out some instruments.

One guy pulled out a pipe, another a small bag of weed, and some small metal capsule and a third pulls out a small white lighter. They start picking apart the buds, popping them into a grinder. Eventually they pour it onto some paper and lick the end, rolling it up. They light the end and pass it around, placing some of the weed into the pipe and doing the same thing.

The fumes were disgusting, but I stuck around anyway. I didn't want to lose them quite yet. I look back at my watch and see that school's almost over. Shit, so much for seeing Kellin in anthro. He'll probably wonder where I'd ended up. What the hell am I going to say? Oh yeah, I went to follow some drug dealers through a park.

"Hey guys, boss says nine in Ray Lynch. Everyone good?" There was a chorus of yes's and they all stood up. I followed them back to the school and in just in time for the last bell to ring. Great. I spin on my place and head right back out to the car, hopping in and starting it up. I sit there for what feels like ages before either of the boys show up. Mike was first, hopping in up front.

"Hey," he says.

"Hey," I reply, staring straight ahead.

He chuckles before mumbling, "Sorry, I'll move to the back then."

"What?" I ask, finally looking at him.

"I'll leave you to sit with your precious Kellin," he chuckles.

"What do yo-" I try to say, but he slams the door in my face and moves into the back. "What do you mean?" I repeat.

"Gee let me think. Kellin obviously has a fucking crush on you."

"Why the hell would you think that?" I ask him, not at all liking this news.

"Well, I've never heard Kellin giggle like a fucking girl, he was flirting constantly, I mean he couldn't keep his eyes off you the entire time." I smile at his words and watch as Kellin comes sauntering down the walkway and towards my car.

"He likes me?" I accidentally say out loud.

"Fuck yeah," Mike chuckles. "I've never seem him like this."

I watch as Kellin almost slips on ice, but catches himself and keep going. He likes me? I can't believe it. No one's ever liked me before. Plus he's so nice and... and warm. He makes it to the car and glances in the back looking confused, which is adorable, before falling into the front seat. His cheeks are pink from the cold along with his nose and he brushes his hair out of his eyes before turning to me. Our eyes lock and I notice how crazy his eye colour is. It's like a blue-green twinkling, twirling blizzard. They're captivating. Mike clears his throat making me realize I'm totally staring at him.

"Oh, uh, I should- yeah," I mumble, starting to drive away as Kellin giggles quietly. Fuck he's cute. No! Vic this is so wrong, he thinks you're seventeen! I shake my head loose of forbidden thoughts and drive back with annoying babble of Kellin and Mike to entertain me.

"Yo Vic, come play C.O.D. with us!" Mike yells. I smile, loving their thought, but I was doing some hardcore research on what my purps meant by Ray Lynch, and found out it's a cemetery. 'Cause they weren't sketchy enough before. I only came down for a short break, but when Kellin looks back hopefully, I knew I wouldn't turn the offer down.
