"No!" I squeal and move my head to the side in time, causing nick to kiss me on the cheek. I get electric shocks all the way to my toes when his lips touch my skin and I'm too surprised to move again.

" you're so pretty," he mumbles against my cheek before moving to the side to kiss underneath my ear. That's when I snap out of it and push Nick off of me. Well.. try to push nick off of me. It takes me a little while and a few groans, but I manage.

When I get him off I spring to my feet and head for the door, not willing to put up with him anymore.

"Wait, baby. Don't leave me," he slurs and stumbles to his feet. I quickly rush over before he can fall and sturdy him with my arms. I groan as I struggle to keep nick on his feet without tipping over.

"I'm taking you home and that's final," I state with annoyance laced in my voice. I'm not sure why I'm so mad but I am. "Come on," I mutter and wrap one of his arms around my shoulder so that he can lean on me as we walk.

"Good, I- I love your house," he slurs again and I huff.

"Not my house. Yours," I mutter. We walk down the stairs, nearly tripping a few times, but I catch us. I look around for Zak through the crowd, but when I don't find him I decide it's safer to just take Nick home,

It's not until we make it outside, nick making various gagging noises. That I realize I don't know where he lives. I feel like just going inside and taking a drink myself but then nearly gasp at my thoughts.

"Where do you live?" I ask the drunk brunette boy leaning on me.

He looks really pale and his face is kind of sweaty.
"I-" he cuts himself off by gagging and I scrunch my eyes at him. "I live-" he gags again except this time he vomits all over my shoes!

"Nick!" I scream and push him off, causing him to fall and land on the grass. "Nick, my shoes!" I whine and quickly take them off, the brownish green liquid making me disgusted. I feel like crying seeing as they're the only nice pair of shoes I own.

"I'm sorry," Nick says quietly, trying to stand up, but falling back again and banging his head on the grass. "Fuck," he groans.

I shake my head, "I can't believe you! Why would you drink so much in the first place?! Now look at what you've done!" I shout at him over the music but also because I'm livid. Tears threaten to slip out but I blink them away.

"I.." he shuts his eyes and I see him beginning to doze off. I scoff and feel like just walking away, but he snaps out of it. "You were making me m-mad," he slurs, his eyelids heavy.

I shake my head, "I didn't do anything, I'm not Paige!" I scream and a tear slips out.

I wipe it away and turn around so he can't see me crying over a pair of shoes and undying frustration. "I'm so s-sorry," he groans before falling back and, I assume, falling asleep.

I sigh and set my shoes next to him. I run back into the house barefoot and look around for the one person I know who knows Nick, as well. I spot Clay in the back by the pool, laughing like a jerk, of course. I take a deep breath and walk over to him. "Clay?"

He turns around, towering over me like a giant cause he's over 6'0.

His eyebrows furrow when he seems me and for a second he doesn't look like such a bad guy. Then he speaks, "if you're here for an appointment, you have to make it with my assistant."
