So... That's the end of Secrets.
It's extremely sad to even be writing this... This book is my baby, and I can't believe it's over already.
Writing this book brought so many challenges, having never wrote a proper book before — Lack of motivation, school getting in the way.
But the genuine loving support you have all shown me has been surreal, and I never thought I'd be sitting here with a book with 160,000 reads and counting, and an amazing fanbase.
There's so much to say about Jason, Star, and even Dream — Every character had so much depth and detail to their backstories that it would take forever to explain my intention behind them all, so I'll save that for my Instagram livestream Q&A's! ( @/st4rlightsucks on insta!).
But seriously, writing this book has been an escape from life, and I'm glad that I was able to share this with you, and give you guys a reason to smile.
Writing has been a passion of mine for years, and in September I'll be taking my passion further by studying Creative Writing in university!!
This book was put into my portfolio, and university accepted me because of it.
So, thank you.
Thank you to every person who commented, voted, or even just scrolled through and enjoyed my writing.
I hope Secrets was able to teach you about the scary world out there, and how loving yourself is so crucial for survival.
I've got multiple books coming out this year that I know you'll all enjoy, INCLUDING the much anticipated sequel to Secrets called 'Lies'.
Their story is only just beginning, and so is my writing!
