Subhadra was standing near a tree. She was humming a song. Suddenly Arjun reached there and found her singing something. He smiled and went near her. He placed his hand on her shoulder.
" Princess", called out Arjun. Subhadra hummed in response. Arjun was astonished as she replied without facing him.
" Subhadra", said Arjun coming closer to her. This time also she was silent.
He became tensed and made her turn in order to face him. He noticed tears in her eyes.
" Subhadrey, what happened?", asked Arjun tensely.
" Nothing", replied Subhadra looking down.
" Look at me", said Arjun. Subhadra looked up slowly and met his eyes.
" Now tell me what happened", asked Arjun calmly.
" We are leaving tomorrow. Will not u come with us?", asked Subhadra making an innocent face. Arjun was melted by seeing her innocence.
" No Subhadrey, we can't go with u. We have to live here as commoners for few more years", said Arjun cupping her face.
" Why? Why few more years? Won't u miss us? Won't u miss me?", asked Subhadra sobbing.
Arjun wiped her tears and said , "I will miss my angel a lot. But we have to, because it's necessary. Otherwise Mamashree Shakuni and Bhrata Duryodhan will again plot something to kill us", said Arjun smiling.
" What will happen if u will forget me?", asked Subhadra with a tear drop in her eyes.
" Bhadrey, how can u think like that? I can never forget my fairy", said Arjun kissing her forehead.
" Promise?", asked Subhadra.
" Promise", replied Arjun smiling.
" 1 need one more promise. Promise me that u will never leave me", said Subhadra.
" Promise Bhadrey. If I would have been so far from u also, but ur place will always be here", said Arjun placing her palms on her chest.
Subhadra placed her head on his chest and hugged him. Arjun caressed her hair and hugged her back.
" I love u infinity", both of them said in union❤️.
