Huh, if that were true... Then wouldn't I have had a hard time handling that demon during Obsidian's test? Especially that black blob guy and that assassin from before. Y/N's voice mentally echoed as she sat there drinking her beverage. She closed her eyes and sighed, still blushing madly at how Sesshomaru saved her. Come to think of it, I guess it's only some demons that are physically hard to handle. Sesshomaru, when I kicked at him around that corner before, he easily caught my foot. I never thought Obsidian was the super-strong type either... Dang, I guess if you think for a minute, he's very clever at hiding things. she added and sweatdropped, then peeked over at Obi who was conversing with his mother and older brother.
"Thank you..." she mumbled to herself, referring to Sesshi and only he heard it. His golden eyes moved down at her from the side and just recently, he too finished his meal.
"So, tell me about your family...while we're sitting here," Asashi spoke up and opened his eyes up to the young woman. Rin blinked her round eyes curiously, she also wanted to know. Jaken, however, could care less... He just averted his attention from her and sipped at some tea. I can tell he cares for her, just by watching him closely and reading his eyes... Perhaps if I question her family or her lifestyle from back in her own world, he will grow just as curious. he mentally noted and watched her blink in surprise.
"M-My family...? Um..." Y/N began, feeling rather shocked at the unexpected interest he had. She nervously scratched her cheek and looked away, really not wanting to talk about her family... "I... I'm not comfortable about talking about them...sorry... It's not that they're bad people... It's just..." she trailed off, frowned, and lowered her beautiful alien eyes to her empty plate. Sesshomaru lifted a brow and Asashi just remained purely emotionless, staring at her. Rin knitted her brows in worry then ran around Sesshi to cuddle her from behind.
"Please tell us!" Rin pleaded, with her brown eyes glistening with emotion. Y/N couldn't say no to her, so she sighed and nodded.
"Well, my father died and my mom had to move away, she said she got a better job far away from our home. So, I inherited our house in my world and my mom doesn't even come by to say hello... My father taught me everything I know now, his teachings are all I have left of him...and these guns," she mournfully stated and lowered her eyes to her plate once more. Rin frowned and Asashi knitted his brows, before nodding.
They all began to converse more after that. Talking about her lifestyle and family. Of course, she didn't spill anything too important out, that would get her in trouble with the Time Corpse. Later after that, everyone started to eat deserts that the servants and cooks passed out. Y/N was too much in pain to care right now... Her cramps were agonizing! She groaned and laid on Sesshomaru's bicep with one hand holding her stomach. "I need to pee... Where's the bathroom...?" With that, Sesshomaru stood up and she took that as a sign to do the same.
"Follow me..." He was cautious, he didn't want her roaming around on her own again. So thus, he led her past all the tables and the crowd of royals. She sauntered behind him, held her stomach still yet, and slouched over. He asked for directions and got someone to lead them to the said bathroom, where she instantly bolted through the door and slammed it.
Sesshomaru just remained against the wall aside from it, with folded arms and his signature expressionless features. "Ah, Sesshomaru. It's been quite some time now, hasn't it?" Inukimi questioned as she approached her son. He looked over and saw her, before fully facing her. "Please, this way," When she said that and motioned for him to follow, as much as he didn't want to...he had to. He hoped she'd be in there for a while, so regardless of how he felt, he followed after her into a hallway where no one stood.
In the bathroom, Y/N took a while to use it. She did her business, albeit agonizingly might I add, and opened the door. Sesshomaru was gone... She didn't see him anywhere! Her alien eyes frantically searched the surroundings but only found strangers walking back and forth in specific directions. She felt stranded...until... "Hello, miss,~" A voice rang, making her peer over to the said man. It was Rei Nago! She nearly gasped. Though, she smiled nervously and lifted a shaky hand to wave in greeting.
"H-Hey... Um..." she trailed off, looked away, and awkwardly stood there. "I... Can't talk right now. I'm looking for lord Seshomaru," As soon as she said that, a harsh bang hit the back of her neck. She grunted softly and fell forward unconsciously, having Rei catch her in his arms. Apparently, Yogu Hanai had knocked her out! He stood behind her and nodded at the white-haired male, indicating for him to hurry.
Rei did the same in return, nodded, and lifted her up in his arms bridal style. He ran off in one direction, avoiding a pair of golden eyes down the hall that saw her being carried away. Inukimi kept talking on and on, but one thing cut her off, it was when he chose to dart after the elven halfbreed demon, Rei. He didn't notice Yogu Hanai behind him, unsheathing his sword and preparing to strike as he sprinted after the lordship.
"Sesshomaru, behind you!" Inukimi shouted and caused her son to widen his eyes. Instantly he twirled around, whipping out his poison whips and swiping at the katana Yogu had. Rei Nago managed to escape with her in his arms, it appears Hanai was trying to stall him so he could get away...
That blade blocked his whips when Yogu shielded himself. "Lord Sesshomaru... Forgive me, but I cannot allow you to interfere!" With that said, Sesshomaru growled angrily and stiffened his claws, then slowly slid out his own sword. "This is only business, please don't fight us..." He pleaded with a serious feature, which he only received a lunge from the dog demon in return.

Sesshi pushed him back with fury in his eyes and Yogu blocked, though he was still skidding backward with so much force from his opponent.
"You will pay for this betrayal...!" Sesshi hollered out in almost a whisper and his eyes began to glow red.
