When they reached the palace entrance they were greeted by a guard. Eta told the guard why they came and introduced Ivy to him. After seeing Ivy,the guard was convinced and he gave them permission to go meet the queen.

"Whoa this place is much more grand than..."

Ivy then saw Eta's face and apologised.

"No need for apologies",said Eta.

The huge marble doors opened and there on the throne sat Ivy's aunt,the queen of Terrasen,Crystal Willow.

"Your majesty let us present ourselves",said Eta,"We are..."
"I know who you are",interrupted Crystal,"So you claim to have brought me my sister's daughter".

Eta pulled Ivy forward and presented her to the queen. Looking at Ivy the queen she saw her sister. The queen then ordered her servants to take the others to their rooms and to make sure that they were comfortable. She then invited Ivy on a stroll with her.

"I don't like this",said Christofre,"Ivy is all alone".
"She's with her aunt",said Amara.
Jasper and Rafe made eye contact and laughed at Christofre.

Meanwhile Ivy was enjoying her stroll with her aunt in the garden.

"You take after your mother a lot",said Crystal.

Ivy told Crystal that she wanted to see her mother. The queen in hearing this took Ivy to a vault where pictures of the royal family were kept.

"You're her spitting image no?",said Crystal as she showed Ivy the picture of her mother.

Ivy denied that the woman in the picture was her mother. She told Crystal that she had never seen such a woman in her entire life.

"Your mother my dear child",said Crystal,"Died in order to protect you".
Ivy didn't want to believe Crystal but what she said next changed Ivy's view on things.
"You don't belong in the world from where you came from,Ivy you are the first born of the true heir to the throne of Ashness and as for your mother she was suppose to die and so are you,but as fate would have it you're alive".
