Into the Other World

The time came when the three friends were to be separated,Ivy went to the station to bid her friends goodbye. She waited till the train left and when it had gone she left the station and strolled through the streets.

Days turned into weeks,weeks into months and months into years and Ivy was still not living in the present. She would always go to an abandoned orchard by the outskirts of the city. There she would wonder about and in her memories would go back to Ashness.

Meanwhile ~

"Daddy who's that lady in the picture?"asked Ivy.
Rafe looked at the portrait and smiled,"She is Ivy your aunt."
"Why haven't I seen her before? Where is she?"Ivy asked.
"She's travelling,"said Eta,"And we don't know when she'll be back."
"She has the same name as me,"said Ivy.
"Yes,"Rafe nodded,"I wanted you to be named after her because after all she was the reason you're alive and well today."

Ivy was marvelled by what her father said,she had heard stories of her aunt so many times but everytime she listened to the stories about Ivy,she would always be in awe of her aunt.

Meanwhile ~

"Jasper the sky looks so beautiful today,"said Ivy,"What a familiar sight."

She stood up from the shade and went to the banks of a river,she squated there at the shore and looked at her reflection in the water,"Its changed so much,but why can't I forget you?" She took of her shoes and and stood there allowing the waters to calm her down.

"Ivy?"a familiar voice called out,"Ivy I'm right here."

She heard the voice and instantly knew who it was,she looked around but no one was there.

"Ivy over here,"the voice was closer this time round.

Ivy took a deep breath,"Jasper I know that's you."
"I promised you right,I'll always be there for you princess,"said Jasper.

Ivy looked around and saw no one but when she looked at the banks she saw Jasper sitting there,"Princess long time no see."
Ivy's eyes filled with tears,"You're okay you...you're..."
"For now,"said Jasper,"I just came to say hi."
Ivy laughed,"Hi."
"Princess I'm leaving soon,"said Jasper.
"What where are you going?"said Ivy trying to reach out to him
"I don't know but I won't be able to tkae care of you when I'm gone,"said Jasper pulling her close to him,"I know I promise that I will always ve there for you but you have to wait for me,I'll come back to you."

Ivy was confused she held on to him tightly,"What is that supposed to mean?"

Jasper smiled with tears falling down his face he kissed her and started to disappear. He then finally disappeared and Ivy could feel that he was no longer near,fear took over and she started to feel unsafe of her surroundings.

"I'll wait Jasper,"she sobbed,"No matter how long it takes I'll wait."
