When morning came the rain had stopped and nature showed its beauty. The sky was clear and the wind was calm. Jasper was the first one to enjoy the beautiful moment. It was so peaceful and just perfect, up until Rafe and Christofre woke up.

"Since when does a vampire enjoys the sun",joked Rafe.

Jasper sighed in irritation.

"Beautiful isn't it",said Christofre.
"It was up till now",said Jasper.

Jasper not wanting to spend his morning with two palace living creatures left the spot and went up to a tree nearby. Rafe being the annoying kid he is dragged Christofre into following Jasper wherever he went.

"Stop following me will you",shouted Jasper when he have had enough of it.
"I just want to get to know you all better",said Rafe.

Jasper laughed.

"Kid stay out of my business",Jasper jested.

While the three were bickering off Eta woke up and started searching for her brother. She somehow had a bad feeling,it appears as if she could sense her mother's rage.

Meanwhile up on the tree.

"I don't know about you two but Ivy is my first priority",said Jasper.

Christofre who was appointed by the queen herself to take care of Ivy was
affected by Jasper's words.

"Your first priority?!",Christofre questioned.

Jasper looked at him and nodded.
Christofre angered by him held Jasper by the collar of his shirt.

"She is my priority, it was my duty to protect her and it still is my duty to protect her",said Christofre,"I will not let anything happen to her,even if you or Rafe even try to hurt her,I'LL KILL YOU BOTH!!!!!"

Rafe who knew about Christofre's past used his childish yet cunning mind to provoke Christofre.

"Then what if my sister decides to hurt Ivy",inquired Rafe,"What will you do?"

Christofre unable to answer such a question had to let go of Jasper's collar and for one second he felt like his entire world came crumbling down.

"You can't choose can you Christofre",said Rafe.
"Love in the palace gone wrong?"Jasper joked.
