"Hayato, come back inside."
The little boy quickly made his way to his papa's side, eager to follow him. His soft russet hair glimmered under afternoon light. Supple fair skin comparable to high-quality jade, twinkling brown eyes filled with adoration and love. Hayato made his way towards his 'papa' with a small waddle in his steps, the father and son duo had worn matching clothes that afternoon. Hayato had a soft beige-colored kimono tied up with a wine red belt; in contrast to Yuuki who had the same attire but with the colors interchanged.
They were both in the Karesansui of their home, seated at the elevated platforms which connect to their home. Yuuki had expressed time and time again to his husband that he had dreamt of having a traditional house of their own, and so Seiichi happily delivered(not without receiving something in exchange, of course). The garden was connected to a pathway leading to their Tsukiyama, this was the direction Hayato came from. For comfort during summertime, they had trees everywhere to provide shade and cool down their heated bodies. A few years before they were married, when both men were only engaged, Yuuki decided to take on gardening after successfully completing his missions.
Not only was he able to complete them with flying colors, he now had his own home to come back to after a busy day of work from the cafe. Speaking of which, business was booming(stonks); his business currently has 2 other branches still near their city so he'd be able to manage them easily. The main branch was here in Kyoto, the other two were in Osaka and Nagoya. Seiichi had brought this up in the past asking why he didn't want an expansion, he answered with a meek "they can come over if they'd like". His husband started laughing heartily at what he said, his emotions flowing freely and seemed to wrap around him in smooth waves. (To this day he still has no clue at what was so funny. He only wanted 3 shops open so he wouldn't have to stress himself out. If he had a husband who could earn millions while blinking his eyes then was it his fault he wanted a more relaxed life?)
"Papa, what happened? Will we stop playing for today?" Hayato was adopted 3 years ago when he was still 5. After both got married, they immediately raced to the nearest orphanage and Hayato caught their eyes immediately. That day, he was skinnier than he was now, other children were there with him and expenses were tight forcing the employees to provide the minimum of almost everything just to maintain the orphanage. What caught Seiichi's eyes the most was the determination and strength his chocolate orbs held at his age.
"My love, why don't we get that boy with the whale shirt hmm?" The business emperor tugged at his lover's hands plastering them close to each other. He bent down softly and whispered those words in his ear, the couple didn't notice the director who blushed profusely at the display of affection. Yuuki was puzzled at first, the one in the relationship most adamant about getting a daughter was Seiichi after all; he didn't mind who they took into their family he only focused on how they were going to be complete. Hayato immediately warmed up to them and it wouldn't be an understatement to say that Yuuki paid more attention to his darling son. They quickly took the child home not before telling the director that they plan of making their orphanage one of the beneficiaries of their recent foundation that aimed to help those in need.
Seiichi in the corner; ... hey! I'm the husband! Hayato; but I'm Papa's favorite. Yuuki who was quietly tending to his plants, not minding the bickering small and big humans behind him; ...
"Uncle Ken arrived just now, why don't you greet him and meet with Auntie Chikage and Auntie Atsuko?" Yuuki bent down and softly caressed his son's messy hair. His eyes shimmering with contentment and love to this little boy who lit up his days. With those words, Hayato disappeared within their home shouting out the name of his favorite Auntie Atsuko.
Yuuki let out a soft chuckle and stood up straight, he turned towards their home only to see his husband. Seiichi was still handsome. Both of them were 33 and 37 respectively, thankfully he was able to successfully graduate a few months before his 24th birthday. Yuuki was 30 when they got married and he was 28 when they got engaged.
Seiichi had just returned from work, still wearing his 3 piece suit with his dark blue blazer tucked over his arms. He aged well, from a playboy in university to a man with an aura that overwhelmed you despite how he had a pleasant smile. Intimidatingly attractive, frighteningly handsome. Yuuki smiled, a soft red across his features, no matter how many times he saw his husband like this, it never failed to make his heart flutter.
"Hello my love, was today with Hayato fun? Did that brat cause any trouble?" Seiichi made his way to him, stopping in front of him and wrapping his warm hands around his figure. Both of them had quite similar builds, the only difference was Sei was a little taller and had stronger features. "Today is just like any other day." Yuuki hooked his arms around the other's neck and pulled him down for a chaste kiss. Seiichi sported a big grin, eyes glinting with joy which making Yuuki pinch his nape in annoyance at him.
"I missed my dear husband, Can I get a longer kiss~!" Seiichi tightened his hold at Yuuki's waist, pressing them both closer. Yuuki narrowed his eyes at the man who was trying to play off his actions. Rolling his eyes, the shorter male merely cupped his partner's ass and gave it a smack causing the other to yelp.
Seiichi glared playfully but stayed silent as his excitement rose after hearing his words. Yuuki soon escaped his husband's sticky paws and went to find his baby boy, humming nonchalantly with a pleased smile on his lips.
"Maybe you'll get a better kiss below, tonight."

So I don't have an excuse for not posting, but I definitely get notifications whenever you guys vote, comment, or add my book to your reading lists! I'm very thankful that this book has gained a total of 8k reads and I definitely did not expect it! I technically ran away because I didn't know what I wanted to do with this book but after some brainstorming, I have a direction I want to chase now!
