For some reason she felt this was the calm before the storm. Maybe it was because she had heard the cried from Tooru Mutou, it was kind of sad that such a happy-go-lucky person to cry. He had such a gentle personality that being forced to feed off and kill his best friend Natsuno Koide made him weep.

He feels such sorrow. Probably feels like a disgusting monster. That was what most of them felt. "The first time always sucks," She had spoken. Tooru had jumped up, having not noticed her presence.

Really Tatsumi,  why couldn't you have had Megumi feed off him ?

"You got over it ?" The young Shiki questioned looking at her with tears in his eyes. "Tooru, I know he was your friend but he never stopped you. I think he knew you did not have much of a choice. I do feel sorrow for those I've killed but I haven't killed in a long time," She admitted.

"Really ?" He eyed her with interest. "I'm a Jinrou, while I complete my tasks I don't need to feed much so I take small amounts and then make them forget. Half a pint is not much."

She had left him but had the feeling her words did not help much. Killing might be considered a sin but who could blame you for wanting to live ? After all death was terrible, the young and old, either way Death sucked.

Friday, October 28

She weaved through the trees to the shrine were the old man had sent them a letter. An invitation but not to harm the rest of the family.   It was pitch black but her eyes were able to see clearly.

Shinmei was in poor health and in constant pain. So she followed her orders and came to his room that night and carried him away and hid him in a mountain hideout. She had him cared for and kept on life support.

"Treat him well and with respect," She had ordered his caretakers. With that she had left, wondering if the old priest would regret his decision or not. It might be best if he stayed dead, while the man was able to sense something supernatural he was still a gentle natured being.

Saturday, October 29

As the 'Epidemic' continued the town ha changed to a more grey and dreary existence. But what could be expected ? People were dying and even Megumi, who had punished her old human friend Kaori Tanaka.

Maybe if that girl had stayed away from Natsuno her father would not have been killed and changed into a Shiki. Following  that if she remembered right he had fed on his wife, now she was dead.

To make matters worse she caught the girl digging a grave. Her tracksuit was covered in dirt. "What are you doing ?" She had questioned making the girl yelp and cry. Long story short the girl was sure her friend Megumi was mad at her and she would die ?

"Megumi ?" She asked with foreinged confusion. After all she should not even know who the pink haired girl was because she had been busy helping with the moving. "She was my best friend but she died. My Father died, now my mother and my little brother is missing," The girl wept.

"Well I had heard everyone talking about a epidemic but for all you know your brother just might have wandered off for a bit. Things have been dark and depressing after all," She commented.

However the girl's wide frightened brown eyes had not changed. She had left thinking maybe she was a romantic like Sunako had told that priest. Or maybe I'm just too soft ?

That day, the same romantic priest Seishin, entered the castle gates. Like father like son ?

Oddly enough something felt off in the forest. This place is pretty much my domain. Puzzled she took off through the woods while Tatsumi and Yoshie stayed behind. Had that boy, Natsuno risen ?

She had the feeling he would not easily fall into line. No he'd rebel and cause them trouble, She thought as she had the feeling she and Tatsumi would have to kill the boy. Hopefully he'll be a normal Shiki not a Jinrou.

Jinrou were far stronger and more dangerous then the typical Shiki. Not too mention rare as their group only had three.  "You sense him too ?" Tatsumi questioned as he appeared at her side.

"Yeah," She replied not wanting to ask why he came with her. The two of them ran until they found the newest shiki. "I was hoping he'd just stay dead," She muttered as they stalked their prey.

Well the good news was that the nurses from the hospital were declining as she made the order to have one of them kidnapped. As for her other orders the nurses would quite their jobs and not admit themselves to the clinic.

And speaking of the clinic if she remembered right Chizuru would be visiting the good doctor. "I'll be leaving to check on some things."

The sound of a gunshot could be heard. Sounds like the good doctor tried to get violent, too bad since Seishirou was a very good shot. "To think that I'm helping my wife have an affair..." She saw a small tear flash.

I would not say affair, to me he's a toy. You on the other hand we all love and respect," She tried to help as she flashed a bright smile. Chizuru was childish and did not like being bored but this was not just about amusing herself.

It was controlling the doctor, having him destroy all the files and such. "However I wish she'd kill him soon," She commented out loud with only Seishirou to hear her words.

"You and me both," He replied. "And may he never rise," She added.

After all you did say you wanted to become a victimizer.
