A Shiki Story

Fifth Deceit

Violet

She had drank so much blood that super bright sunny day she lazed on a couch for that night and a bit of the day. The controlled humans would suddenly quite their jobs and the Junior Monk/ Author seemed to be seeing the pattern. She had gone to the Nursery to get some plants that she did not all ready have.

She kept a nice garden inside and out of the house.

Megumi must have been feeding on that blond haired boy named Toru. Megumi had said she hated him because Yuuki like him more than her. Bet she enjoyed taking her anger on that human, she thought heading back. It must have been satisfying for Megumi to kill the object of her anger.

Megumi she heard sent a post card letter to Yuuki. It did not have anything to do with her being dead or what had happened after her death. She could not help but hid her amused smile with her sleeve when she heard this.

Another Night

Some awkward and unsightly teen was running through the streets crying. The kid Toru, they had a huge mourning gathering. "He must have been well liked," She said.

While She was serving the Krishikis their meal she heard someone yell/ cry "Toru !" Chizuru and Sunako did not hunt the humans. They had a wine glass full of blood while the only human in the family, Seishirou. "Please enjoy," She said as she poured him a glass of wine.

One of the newer Shiki went out hunting, the librarian that night.

Smiling she left the family to go look after her fields of flowers she had created and grown for Sunako. In the moonlight the flowers seemed to softly glow. "Ah," she sighed as she flopped herself down. Rolling on her back she stared at the moon while bathing in the sweet scent of the flowers.

Their natural perfume made her smile.

3rd pov

Unknowingly Tatsumi was watching Violet as she layed in her field of flowers. His face betrayed nothing of what he felt or thought of the scene he saw of his fellow Jinrou. "So pretty," he heard her say softly.
