3) I finally get food.

Thump!

The sound of my empty stomach growls catch Jackie by surprise, yet again, and she slams her head into the wall of the mess hall. I chuckle and ask if she's alright. She holds her hand to her forehead and nods.

We venture forward to a table and sit down. In the middle there's three bowls, one full of strange fruits, one full of chocolate like things, and another full of various pastries. Jackie grabs a chocolate like thing and tosses me a muffin like thing. I take a small bite out of the muffin type thing, and then a huge bite.

"This is amazing!" I say excitedly through a mouthful of heavenly muffin. I'm so in love with this muffin that I didn't even notice the other people sitting at the table.

A brunette girl across from me giggled "It's amazing because angels made it." She said grinning.

"What?" I question through a mouthful of angelic muffin type stuff. "Ohh oh right, the whole 'guardian angel' thing." I sort out and turn my attention back to the delectable substance currently in my mouth.

Is it chocolate chip? Maybe it is. Oh! What if they have angel chips which are like chocolate chips but 1457362558909 times better than normal chocolate chips! I'm a genius. That's it, I am the child of Einstein.

"Oh, Payton, I need to introduce you to my friends." Jackie pointed to the brunette girl, then the toned blonde guy, and next was Riley Benton. Shit. "Danny, David, and Riley."

We all talked for a while, getting to know each other until Jackie looks up at the clock on the wall a few feet away, "Oh we should probably get to class soon, Headmaster Gabriel dropped your schedule off at the dorm so I slipped it in your pocket while you were asleep."

I take a moment to reach inside the back pocket of my navy colored shorts and pull out a piece of white, neatly folded paper. I open it up and read the chart.

Flight Exploration- Prof. Marshell, Arena, 9:25-10:25

Electricity101- Prof. Hillard, Prime Hall, 11:15-12:30

Mind and Soul- Prof. Green, Library, 1:00-1:55

Fitness Training- Prof. Brellin, Arena, 2:15- 3:00

G.A. History- Prof. Jennen, Prime Hall, 3:15- 4:00

"I have no idea where any of my classes are." I state plainly, staring blankly at the sheet of paper.

"I'll help you out," Jackie offers "where's your first class?"

"The arena." I read aloud from my schedule.

"Oh that's right next door. I've got advanced fitness training there next, I'll take you there in a minute. Eat some Kenta before we leave." Jackie said, not making much sense, causing my face to scrunch up in major confusion.

Kenta? What?

Jackie grabbed a shinny, squishy looking fruit from the bowl on the table and handed it to me. It was a purplish blue color and shaped like a lopsided mushroom.

"Why do I need to eat the lopsided purple mushroom?" I ask, timidly taking the misshapen fruit.

"You have flight exploration next right? Well, Kenta improves your flight skills, accuracy, speed, all that good stuff you'll learn in a few minutes. Eat up and let's get to class." Jackie informed me about the strange fruit like substance and I cautiously took a small bite.

Oh. That's good. I quickly finished up the juicy, delectable fruit and smiled down at Jackie. "That was good." I grin.

Jackie smiles up at me, "Alright, lets get to class." she says standing up and heading towards the door. I follow and walk through the door. We turn left and walk a few feet to the door of a new building, I'm assuming is the arena. I open the door and we walk inside.
