the next day, felix was sitting behind the counter, sighing as he leaned his head in his hands, watching the clock tick slowly.

he was extremely bored, not many customers had come that day due to the pouring rain, so he was just hoping jeongin was coming tonight.

just as he hoped, the bell was heard tinkling softly, contrasting against the heavy drum of the rain. the familiar hooded male made his way through the door, absolutely drenched- seemed he didn't have a coat or umbrella.

"hi jeongin!" felix smiled when he saw him, standing up and going to make the memorized drink.

"hello.." jeongin's quiet voice was heard as he stood by the counter.

"are you okay? you looked soaked when you came in." the blonde asked.

"i'm fine.." jeongin replied in the same quiet tone.

there was a couple more moments of silence before jeongin spoke timidly.

"um.. w-whats your name? y-you know mine."

"i'm felix, lee felix!" the said boy turned around with the drink and a smile, collecting the money from jeongin.

"oh, wait! before you go.." felix rushed just as jeongin was about to leave. he quickly went into the back room and came back a couple seconds later with something.

"here." he gently handed jeongin a spare umbrella.

"you don't have one, and i don't want you to get even more wet on the way home. you could get sick and catch a cold."

jeongin looked at the umbrella for a second, glanced up at felix and back at the umbrella before taking it and nodding softly.

"thanks felix."

"no problem!" felix smiled and waved as jeongin left, who gave him a short wave before hand.
