the bell rang the next day as felix was watching the heavy snow fall out of the window. he glanced towards the door and smiled when a familiar tall male walked in.

"hi jeonginnie!"

"hi lix. how are you?"

"i'm good! oh, also.." felix rolled his fluffy jumper's sleeve up to where you could see his wrist and held his arm out, showing the golden bracelet he had gotten the day before.

"you're wearing it! it looks so cute on you." jeongin replied with a small smile.

"thanks innie!"

"seojun's at yeji's house again today, do you wanna stay over? we bought cookie ingredients the other day in case you wanted to make any when you came over." jeongin asked shyly.

"of course! there's only five minutes left of my shift and changbin will be here soon so i'll go get my stuff."

"what type of cookies do you have ingredients for?" felix asked as they walked into the kitchen of jeongin's apartment.

he reached for one of the cupboards and grabbed the basics as jeongin got added ingredients from another.

"there's white chocolate chips, sprinkles for funfetti, milk chocolate chips-"

"oh, funfetti! it's my favourite!"

jeongin smiled at how exited the blonde boy got.

"okay then, let's do funfetti."

"hey, innie, don't eat the dough! we need it for the actual cookies!"

"it was only a little bit, and we need a taste test!"

"are you doubting my baking abilities? i work in a cafe for a living!"

"i never said that, and try it yourself, then we're equal."

felix was about to reply before jeongin shut him up by putting a small piece of cookie dough in his mouth.

jeongin giggled at felix's surprised expression but soon stopped when felix struck back and put cookie dough on his nose.

"hey!" jeongin whined as it was felix's turn to laugh, but not for long.

"oh, it's on."
