Chapter 9

As soon as Luke and Izzy exit the charity place towards the taxi the paparazzi attack Izzy and Luke with questions like "how long have you guys dated?" "Where did you guys meet?" "Why her Luke?" "Ignore them keep walking" whispers Luke to Izzy. "Man that is so annoying I don't know how you have not punched one of those guys?" Izzy asks as soon as they enter the taxi. Luke laughs and says "patience and the thought of all the hate we would receive". "So where to?" Luke adds. "Well I would really like to go check on Jenna to make sure that she's ok" Izzy says. "Oh um ok sure I'll just tell the taxi driver to head to your hotel" Luke stutters. Izzy keeps texting Jenna hoping she'll answer at least once. They arrive at the hotel and Luke looks at how worried Izzy is for her best friend. "Thank you for the charity thing and the ride....well I'll see you later, I guess" Izzy tells Luke. "Hey, why don't we all hang out tomorrow at the pool at our hotel? The manager said he would reserve it for us whenever we wanted to.....it's heated" he says while making puppy dogs eyes. "Ok, only if Jenna's okay with it" Izzy laughs getting off the cab. Luke watches as Izzy walks into the hotel then looks down smiling.

Izzy's POV

I walk towards the hotel smiling at how adorable Luke is. I go up the elevator and towards my room. I walk into the room to see Jenna pacing around the room while packing all her things. "Hey, whoa, what the heck is going on in here?" I ask while walking towards her. "Look I thought I was fine and all but then I got to thinking and I feel like all I'm doing is causing problems so it would just be better if I went back home" she starts venting. "Jenna!! Wait just stop with all this non sense!! Look I don't know if you have noticed but you have two guys after you and that's kinda badass and if they want to start a fight over you then that's their problem not yours. Jenna, we just graduated and we only have this year left before we head off to college let's make the best of it." I say trying to knock some sense into her. "Now we were invited to go swimming with the guys tomorrow and we are going and we are going to have a blast. If they want to end their friendship fighting over you let them, but we are going to ignore them and we are going to have fun with Luke and Ashton. Got it?" I add. "You know what? You right. I'm not going to let Calum and Michael's fighting affect me." Jenna says. "That's my girl" I say smiling while heading over to hug my best friend. "Now let's get some sleep because I don't know about you, but I'm so tired" I say. Jenna and I change into some yoga pants and large shirts then head to bed. "Good night" we both say in unison to each other as we turn off the lights.

Jenna's POV

As I open my eyes, I see the clock that reads 6:24am. I turn to Izzy that is snoring away next to me. I decided to shower then go buy some breakfast for Izzy and I. I gather my clothes which consist of some skinny jeans and a "The 1975" t-shirt then I grab my phone to play music while I shower. I enter the bathroom and put Pandora on, the song Lightening in a Bottle comes out. I strip my pajamas and get into the shower "we're catching lightening in a bottle, don't give a fuck about tomorrow" I sing along to the lyrics while I apply shampoo to my hair. I condition my hair and wash my body and face. As I'm getting out of the shower I slip and fall on my butt. "Ahh" I scream as my butt hits the floor. "What happened!? I'm here. Are you ok?" Izzy yells as she runs into the restroom as soon as she sees me on the floor, she starts laughing. "How in the world did this happen? Were you dancing in the shower again?" she asks as she laughs and helps me up. "This isn't funny and to answer your question no I was not dancing this time" I say glaring at her. "Well get ready while I shower then we will go get some Starbucks and head to the guys' hotel to go swimming" she smiles as she kicks me out of the restroom.

Ugh, I think I have a bruised butt cheek. I put on my underwear, bra, and other clothes then I start applying my mascara and lip gloss. When I start putting my Vans on, Izzy comes out of the restroom wearing some skinny jeans and a Fall Out Boy band t-shirt with some white converse and a black beanie. Twenty minutes later Izzy and I are on a taxi with Starbucks in our hands and our swim suits in a bag, on our way to the guys' hotel. As we enter the hotel, we ask to be directed to where the pool was. Luke sees Izzy through the clear door and rushes to open the door for us. "You guys came!!" he says while smiling widely. "Guys Izzy and Jenna are here!" he shouts towards the pool area. "Heyo" "Hola" "Hi" the rest of the boys scream back. Izzy and I laugh and head towards the dressing rooms to change into our swim suits.

The girls come out of the room in their swim suits, Izzy in a white lace like one piece swim suite that's cut at her curves and Jenna is wearing a high wasted polka dot bikini. All the guys stop what they're doing and stare. "Haven't you guys ever seen a couple of girls in bikinis?" Izzy asks. "Um...cannon ball!!" Ashton says while running towards the pool and jumping in. "Ha ha very funny" Izzy says walking towards the hot tub. Izzy looks at Luke and remembers the kiss they shared the night before; she doesn't know if he remembers so she decides not to bring it up. "Ahh" Luke yells running towards the pool. "Dude you could have killed me" Ashton says from inside the pool. Jenna walks towards the beach chairs that were laid out. As Jenna relaxes, Michael can't help but stare at her, Calum notices and shoves Michael softly "really just back off" he says to Michael. Michael gets mad and shoves Calum back harder "no you need to back off" he scowls "You're just mad because she's going to choose me" Calum yells. "You know what hood," Michael starts. "No!! You know what, I am done with all this bullshit. Jenna and I didn't come to witness a fight between you guys, we came to have fun and relax and if that's not possible we will leave" Izzy yells while all the guys look at her, not expecting that. Jenna and Izzy start picking their things up. As Izzy and Jenna were about to open the door to leave, "wait!!" all the guys yell while Luke grabs Izzy's arm and spins her for her to be facing him, then he crashes his lips onto hers "stay" he pleads.
