Hoseok: LOVE?? REALLYY??!

Miyeon: Yeah, I can clearly see it, he finally gave in after all these years

I giggled, Jungkook had always shut everyone out of his life, he swore that he would never fall in love, as he said "Love is just idiotic and makes you weak, wastes time and does not give any profit", I remembered him saying this, but now I can see the changes in him, and I'm sure these changes are good and for the best of him. I looked over to Hoseok and he was just staring at me

Miyeon: Hey Hoseok you good?

Hoseok: Oh uhh....nothing, Just that you look pretty when your smiling.

I blushed a light tint of pink, wait...why am I blushing?...I'm not supposed to fall in the Magic of love right now..wait did I just say LOVE?? nonono. No. Love. I should be focusing on Y/N.
Miyeon: Uhh...ha! thanks

I said awkwardly then I helped Hoseok with everything and left but with a lingering feeling inside me.
Y/N POV

Was I really just a toy to him? Did he really have no heart..Miyeon was right, I sighed
I got up to freshen up a bit, when I looked in the mirror my eyes were red and all puffy from crying, lips were swollen from biting them constantly to reduce my sobs with blood dripping out a bit, My hair all messed up from squirming in bed to feel comfortable from the drastic words I heard, My face pale as if I had a high fever, I was looking worse then someone who lived in the jungles. I just whispered to myself
Y/N: What happened to you Jungkook? What's your past?

After 2 weeks

Me and Miyeon were sitting in the kitchen drinking beer, I just could not help but ask her about Jungkook, It had been about 2 weeks since he had not returned and I honestly even after those heartbreaking words was worried for him, So I asked her, I somewhere knew she would not answer, but of course my curiosity and worried self got the best of me..

Y/N: hey Miyeon I know you cant give me any specific details and are not allowed to but Just tell me one thing..pleaseee

I made my best puppy eyes so she would agree. she sighed and answered.

Miyeon: Depends on what you ask

Yes! I atleast have a 1% chance on this, Just then I got serious but my eyes softened.

Y/N: So...why is Jungkook so conserved?, why does he portray so much sadness through his eyes, a moment I look at him he looks like this dangerous criminal and the next moment I look at him his eyes just portray suffering, sadness, betrayal, loss. Why? who is he? why is he so hurt? Please tell me miyeon, you have to..I am getting confused day by day.

Miyeon: Well, I cant tell you the whole truth but as you have come so far to understand his emotions which alot of people cant cause he is a master at hiding everything, I'll tell

I looked at her expecting her to say something next and she did

Miyeon: Well, Jungkook..his parents left him at a young age...

Y/N: That's sorry to hear

I said and looked down, feeling bad for him
Miyeon: Oh nono they did not die, but left him, left him all alone, on the streets, just abandoned him, He had to learn everything the hard way, earning money somehow, keeping food on the plate, but he had no choice, he started working in the dark world with dark people, but he never followed their bad deeds, like stealing things from innocent people, shooting people for their money, trying to kill someone for his own needs, he never did any off this, He always killed the bad, stole stuff from the bad people to return to the good, but through this process he became big, very big, at a point that people now respect and bow to him.

I listened to each and every word carefully, but she still continued

Miyeon: You see, he found us, that hoseok guy you saw the other day, me and many others, he took us under his shelter, taught us how to fight and defend ourself, he helped us, but he shut off love completely from his life, he thought Love was just a waste of time, you don't gain anything, just lose, loose time, you get lost in love and at the end the person you loved betrays you, but I think he's changing.
I did not hear what she said but I'm sure she whispered something to herself, but I did not bother asking her
Miyeon: [Whispers] Because of you
