"So where we going" I asked starting my car

I agreed to go with Jack just cause yea I honestly really did miss how we used to hang out before. I just have to let my mind go and have fun.

"just go to McDonald's and we eat at the park" Veronica said

"Ok fine Ron you comfortable"

I mean I had to ask she was in the backseat with Jack and Veronica and they were cuddling with each other I would feel weird.

"Yup I'm ok" she responded

I drove off blasting music with the windows down.

She tried to be okay with everything I see her hurting and she's trying to play it out like she's fine she really doesn't deserve this but I can't control Veronica or Jack.
After we ordered food from McDonald's we were driving to the park to eat there. The car was silent nobody was talking all you could hear was the wind and music.
Once Nicki parked her car in the parking lot I closed the car door and sat on the benches and Nick followed.
Jack v and Ron came to the benches to sit so now it was nicki Jack v me and Ron. It was pretty awkward we were all quite and eating.

"How come yall so quite" Ron asked

"Right thats what I thought" Veronica said

"Well we eating" Nicki responded to v

"Bro let's go to the swings nick loves being there I don't know why she didn't run to it the minute we got here" Jack said smiling at nick

Nick just looked at him and gave him a small smile

"Come nick let's go I'll push you"

"I don't need ur help Jacques I know how to do it we not little kids"

"Okay then at least can we go"

She looked at him and took a bite of her burger and walked with Jack to the swings he had his arm around her shoulder.

"Hm they close or something" Veronica said eating her fries

"Yup they close they're like bestfriends they grew up together" Ron added

"Well not anymore if I'm gonna be his girlfriend I wouldn't let Jack have any girl bestfriend because I'm his bestfriend if we dating" Veronica said eating her fries

"They met way before you came in the picture Veronica so calm ur attitude" I said
I honestly didn't wanna be here so I went to the swings

"Jack don't fuckin push me I got it" Nicki said laughing

"Nah you don't" Jack said laughing and pushing her to swing higher

"Bro Jack ima fall quit it" Nicki said

She kept laughing and yelling

"You said go higher"

They cute I don't know why Jack couldn't grow up and just confirm a relationship with Nicki I know he loves her still, he's trying to get over Nick using another girl and I know Veronica is really annoying to me but it's wrong he's hurting both of them just that Veronica doesn't know it yet. Nicki jumped out the swing. Jack grabbed Nicki putting her over his shoulders and walking towards Ron and Veronica.

"Put some music on Ron" he yelled

He put Nicki down and they started talking and laughing she then ran to me.

"Wanna play tag" she said breathless

"Of course let me ask Ron and v" I answered

"Nah Jack already asking them"

We all agreed that Jack would be it.

I ran to the bushes far away so he wouldn't be able to get close

I heard screaming and laughing from Ron

"Ron's it yall" Jack yelled

She tagged Veronica and Veronica tagged Jack. He saw me and started running towards me and I started running towards the swings until Jack tripped on me and he ended up falling on me. I stared at his face damn why he gotta be this fucking fine I pushed his chest away and ran.

We played for 30 minutes till we got tired. I laid on the rubber floor and Jack laid his head on my stomach.

"look you happy again" Jack said looking at me and smiling

"Yea ur just difficult sometimes" I responded

"I'm sorry"

"You always be saying sorry and you don't mean it"

He kissed my hand

"Get a matching tattoo with me"

"A matching tattoo Jack"

"Yup get one with me"

"Ur funny we not on good terms right now anyways"

"Okay but we promised we were gonna stay together and we would support each other and if you ever wanna leave ima have a tattoo to remember the good times I had with you"
