Nicki pov. I was waiting for Jacques to finish getting ready in his living room. It was kinda awkward seeing his dad eye to eye but he wished me a happy birthday and so did Jacks momma. I had on a black silk and laced dress with a pink coat over it and white with black stripped high heels. For my makeup I only did my eyeliner, lashes and lipgloss. After 20 minutes of me waiting on his couch I saw him walk out of his room all smiley and shy.
"You look so good" I said getting up to hug him, he honestly did Jacques never wore suits so I knew this was going to be a formal ass restaurant. He hugged me back and looked down at me and smiled again once we made eye contact.
"Ah you makin me blush and shit" he said looking away while covering his face, I felt my stomach wanting to explode once he said that by the way he was acting he definitely getting it tonight
"Aw look at you two have fun and be safe" Jacks mom said hugging us both —- Ron's pov. We had all decorations up, the only thing we needed was for Nicks cake to be ready, they called us to come pick it up in an hour hopefully Jacques and Nick will take their time eating cause if she come and the cake not here it's gonna be embarrassing. I haven't heard from Jacques last time I texted him was an hour ago. I texted the group chat I had with Nia, Imani and Ari to see if they had any updates on Nick.
