Alex's POV
I looked at Hayley, confused as hell as to why she was with someone who beat her. "What's the reason?" She looked at me, hesitantly. "Ok, look, I know you'll understand, so I feel comfortable telling you. But, you have to promise that you won't tell anyone." I looked at her sincerely "I promise, I won't say a word, now tell me" a tear started running down her cheek as she looked around. "I'm gay. If I don't stay with him, people will find out and they'll know. I'm not ready for that. What if paramore loses all of their fans?!" She started sobbing and I put my arm around her and rubbed her back "ya know, I felt the same way at first. But you have to think, if they were true fans, they wouldn't give a shit about who you love. Does anyone else know?" She looked up and gave me a weak smile again, "yeah, I told Tay and Jerm and they told me the same thing, but it's still scary" she laid across the couch and put her head in my lap and looked up at me. I was trying so hard not to start shaking, or freak out, or faint. I looked into her beautiful eyes "Hayley, you're an amazing person. You're beautiful, funny, extremely talented, compassionate, loving etc. you're literally amazing. I don't think your fans would change their opinion of you based on something as small as that." she sat up and looked at me "nobody's ever said anything like that to me...i don't know what to say. Why do you think all of those things about me? We just met" she smiled a little and chuckled. "Because, I've been a fan of paramore forever and I see it in how you act. And obviously, your singing is fucking amazing. Plus, I-I umm...." I stopped right then because I was about to tell her that I liked her. She looked at me attentively "why'd you stop? Tell me what you were going to say, I won't tell anyone. I promise" she put her hand on my leg and I nearly had a heart attack at her touch. "I umm... I have a huge... umm I have a bit of a crush on you." I smiled weakly and looked down immediately. She grabbed my chin and moved it up so I was looking at her. "I have a bit of a crush on you too, you're pretty cute, I mean who couldn't have a crush on you?" She kissed my cheek, and then the door opened and I could hear my bandmates arguing over which candy was better than the other. They stopped dead in their tracks when they saw me and Hayley on the couch. "Did we just interrupt something?" Harper said, winking. I glared at her and she walked to the TV to turn it on. My face was as red as a tomato. "We were gonna watch some movies before the bonfire tonight. Would you like to join us?" Kelsey said to Hayley as she put in Mean Girls. Hayley smiled "yeah, sure, as long as we are definitely watching Mean Girls and Pitch Perfect."

After like 2 movies, Hayley left to go get dressed for the bonfire. Ellie, Kelsey, Harper and Cass were all on the couch across from me, and as soon as Hayley walked out, they all looked at me. "You fucking like her, don't you?! God, you're so obvious about it!" Cass literally yelled, laughing at me. I just smiled and blushed. "Yeah, I do. Dumbass" I stuck out my tongue and got up to go change. What was I going to wear? I had to look good. I had to impress her.

Finally, I picked out a pair of ripped skinny jeans, black Vans and a red glamour kills tee and my gray We Are The In Crowd hoodie. We all walked out toward the bonfire and I saw All Time Low, and The Pretty Reckless, and We Are The In Crowd. I sat on a free seat in between We Are The In Crowd and Paramore. I saw Hayley, and I waved. She smiled that beautiful smile of hers at me again and it took all of me not to faint. But then I saw it, Chad walked up and sat next to her and I almost got up and punched him in the face, but I restrained myself. Tay from WATIC said loudly "who wants to play truth or dare?" She smiled devilishly and we all agreed. Kelsey looked at me. Oh no "Alex, truth or dare?" I glared at her for a second. She was gonna make me do something really bad, I just knew it. "Fine, dare" she looked at me and grinned "I dare you to..... I dare you to kiss Tay. On the lips." I looked at Tay and shrugged, that wasn't too bad. I leaned over and we kissed for a few seconds and when I stopped, I saw Hayley looking at me, as if I hurt her. But I didn't care. I was having fun, and it's not like I wasn't hurt at the fact that she was with Chad after everything she told me.

We were back in our bus and everyone was asleep except me. I stayed up until all hours of the night. I was watching Orange Is The New Black on Netflix, when I heard a light knock on the door. I jumped up and opened it. It was Hayley, "what do you want?" I said coldly. She looked at me and frowned a little "can I come in? We really need to talk." I let her in and we sat on the couch together. "What did you wanna talk about?" I looked down, because if I looked at her, then I couldn't be mad at her like I wanted to be. "Alex, I dumped Chad. He took it hard, but I told him I just couldn't do it anymore. I did it because tonight, when you kissed Tay, I knew for sure that I felt something for you. I got so jealous that I wanted to punch her in the face. I really like you Al." I looked up at her to see that sexy smile and those amazing green eyes staring back at me. "I really like you too, Hayles. I'm glad you got out of that relationship, not just because you like me and I like you, but because you deserve a lot better." I didn't realize how close we were until I looked up and our lips were inches apart. I backed away a little, but Hayley pulled me in and laid a soft kiss upon my lips. My face started burning up, and I could tell I was hardcore blushing, and Hayley smiled. "Can I stay over? I'll sleep on the couch tonight." I nodded and got up to go to my bunk and laid there for what felt like forever. What just happened?
