Tony's P.O.V.
"Please tell me no one kissed me!" I said sitting up apparently to quickly because it felt like a ton of bricks or it could have been Thor hitting me, I still don't know. I looked around and I saw the broken window. "Thor did you break my window again we've been over this before there is a door." He rolled his eyes at me. "What happened exactly?" I asked.
"I don't know." Carol replied. "Why don't you ask Loki?" I looked around and I saw him leaning on a wall looking out the window. "What are you doing here?!" I asked. It made me so angry that he was just standing there.
"I have reasons." He said without looking at me. This really ticked me off. I'm just waiting for him to say the one thing to really piss me off and trust me that last comment was really close. "Just give me a straight answer." I yelled at him.
But of course he had to teleport out after that, the coward. "That proves one thing... He's still a coward." I said as I coughed up some blood. That got me a look from Thor, but I really didn't care right now. "Stark, we need to get you to a hospital!" Carol said. Then I realized. "Where's Pepper?" I asked suddenly worried. I tried to stand but I fell. "Loki teleported her to the hospital." Carol said.
I couldn't believe it. "What's he playing at?" I was angry yet for some reason I was grateful. It was weird. "Something tells me he won't be of any help!" I said angrily.
"Tony, I might know who that was." Thor said solemnly. "If I'm right, I know why Loki is so afraid." Thor looked out the window. "Well brothers like to stick together." I said staring at him. "Didn't you hear him...? He's not my brother." He said.
I almost just for a brief second thought I saw tears in his eyes. Then I realized how much it hurt him, Loki had hurt him the worst. He had betrayed him. They had grown up together; they were best friends, and brothers. I never thought about it in this much depth before, but Thor still thought of him as a brother and cared about him after all the crap Loki has ever said to him, all the times he's plotted against him, and even all the times he'd tried to kill him. Thor continued to care about him.
"Thor I'm...Sorry." I grumbled. "Carol didn't you say something about going to the hospital." I hope I didn't sound too eager to change the subject, kind of like how I really wanted to. "Um yeah." She sounded confused. "Thor are you coming?" He looked at her you could tell that what I said had really struck a blow. "No, I need to find Loki and see if I am right." And with that he left through the broken window. "Come on, we need to go before you bleed out." Spoke as if pleading me to go. But either way I was.
As she helped me stand I noticed a small patch of green on her wrist. "What's that?" I asked. Then she saw it and tried to hide her fear. "It's nothing." She quickly responded. So I decided to let it go, for now. As we finally reached the garage I started to feel lightheaded so I quickly got into the car. Luckily what only seemed like a few seconds we arrived at the hospital. As she helped me in I suddenly began to see dark spots in my vision. The last thing I remember is being put on a bed and hearing Pepper shout my name.
