Lacey's POV: My mom is the best but she's a little more watchful now that I'm in 9th grade.
She's always checking on me and offering me food so we can talk more.
I wished sometimes she would leave me alone. I think someone told her about me and Jammie.
This is gonna be hard to explain.
"So I hear you've been hanging out a boy?" My dad says calmly.
Wait how does he know?!
I swear it wasn't Jen, or maybe... no she would never tell my parents something without ok'ing with me first
" Uh who told you?" I asked suspiciously.
" I was face timing your brother, I have no idea how to use it but he told me you have been seen with a boy a much older boy " my dad said with a blank stare.
" Well you know he could be lieing , after all he's the world class lier" I say sounding confident .
" Well he's been truthful lately" my mom chimes in all perky .
" More like getting laid lately" I say coughing.
" Excuse me young lady what did I just hear"?My dad asks raising an eyebrow .
" Oh nothing, but I almost forgot I'm supposed to be meeting Jen at the mall, so I'm gonna go..." I say hurriedly .
" Um hugs please your the last baby we have in this house and Id like a hug please" my mother says in a tone that sounds like she never gets any love .
I do as I'm told then rush out the door, I go down a few houses then turn the corner and the handsome quarter back is sitting in his Bulgati.
