TENSION
╰──── ✩ ────╯CHAPTER THREE
✩NO ONE REALLY KNOWS where magic came from. Just how much it has evolved in the past thousand years; flowing through our bodies like a tidal wave as we attempt to ride it out— feeding off its power. Many would assume magical beings are strong, powerful above all else. But truth has it that while some are wise; some are in fact, a bit dumb. But nothing could compare to the idiocy that is James Potter. As he tracked through the halls of the castle in a rather short pleaded skirt, while simultaneously pulling a very unamused Lily; who was dressed in an elegant suit— through the many corridors within the castle.
Multiple wolf whistles and cat calls could be heard through out the halls as the two stomped past. A majority of them coming from myself and Sirius. While the two were obviously making their way to HogsMead or just for.. fun?
Bracing myself against the stone wall, I just couldn't help the heaving laugh that escaped me with each venomous look Lily sent James' way, "This- this is comedy gold." I admitted, pulling out my camera to catch a moving photo of this hilarious moment.
The boys nodded their heads in agreement, "Gotta admit, James' ass looks good in a skirt." Peter joked, causing Remus, Sirius, and I to try and muffle our laughter as much as we could at the blunt statement.
But nothing could've prepared me for the words falling off my own lips, "Ok ok but Lily in a suit-" I confessed, admiring the way her fiery hair contrasted so well with the midnight color of the suit— it was almost as if it was fate for her to end up wearing it.
"You're right, I'd hit."
"Me too."
"Me three."
"Me four." I finished, making the three boys turn in my direction.
"What? I can't think a hot woman is attractive?" I teased, giggling a bit under my breath as I walked away— leaving three bewildered boys standing, now alone, in the corridor.
Continuing my walk through the halls, I filed through my mind for entertainment on my way to Merlin knows where. While unintentionally loosing a sense of reality, before I turned a corner— it happened often; I would wander the castle, while playing scenes over in my head until they just couldn't play out any longer. Or it was nearing curfew. But as I bumped straight into a tall figure, nearly falling on my arse from the sudden impact— I knew I should've dropped this bad habit much earlier in life.
