Minako's friends were happy to see her back to her cheerful self . Even though she had been trying to keep a cheerful facade during her struggle , the difference between that and her true cheerful smile is like night and day . While the three of them hurried on to the school on their own , Minato and Junpei just took their time . The two of them discussed Minako for a while , before thinking of how to spend their day after school .
" hi , dudes ! How's life treating you " Kenji caught up with them , or rather shoved himself between them , and joined in on the conversation
" oh , Kenji ? " Minato looked at Kenji " can I ask you why you always say that to anyone you greet ? It's weird ! "
" hm ? No reason ? It just makes me feel special , you know ... "
" no ... I don't ... and frankly I don't care " Minato shrugged as he pulled his earphones and prepared to tone out the nuisance of the world
" by the way , have you seen Aigis ? " Kenji started " they say she caught a cold , but I thought robots don't catch colds "
" yeah ... they don't—WHAT ?! " both Minato and Junpei were electrocuted by the question
" how did you ... ! " Junpei started
" what makes you say that ?! " Minato furiously interrupted
" eh ? What're you talking about ? " Kenji was taken aback by the seriousness of his two classmates " it was a joke , I was just making fun of how monotonous and apathetic she can be at times ... I thought you were going to laugh as well "
" moron ! " Minato bashed him on the head , before putting on his earphones and hastening his pace , deciding he won't put up with that anymore
" what ... what did I say ? "
" I think he hated how unfunny that joke was ... it was more offens—" Junpei sighed
" never mind that " Kenji quickly veered the subject before Junpei could continue , giving him a photo" I wanted to show you this yesterday , but you went back home faster than I thought "
" what ... what is this ?! " Junpei stared at the photo with a an expression of disbelief
" if I had shown this when Minato was around , he would've grilled me for sure ! " Kenji laughed sheepishly
" no shit ! " Junpei furiously yelled at him " frankly I feel like grilling you right now ! Where did you get that from ?! "

Minato sat on a bench at the rooftop , with a rice cracker in his hand , as Minako and a really anxious Fuuka stood before him . Fuuka was so nervous she was clasping her hands and saying silent prayers as Minato took a bite off of the cracker . However , Minato seemed surprised and somewhat pleased .
" what do you know ? " Minato said " that's actually a huge improvement over the last time I had bite off of your cooking , Fuuka ! "
" it is ?! Oh thank God ! I'm so happy to hear that ! " Fuuka breathed with relief
