On the other side of town, someone was beyond pissed.

Not only was he faced with a kid dressed in all black down to that face mask and head covering that went by the name Raikou that everyone in the League seemed to respect. Another boy with black hair and a slightly broken mask with a Mental quirk who called himself Mindbreak and was kept on a "mental leash" by Raikou it seemed. He then also faced a little girl who had an affection for Knives as her name was Himiko Toga. Just his damn luck he be with a bunch of kids but they must be strong to be in this dump.

There was also a man with stark black hair and a white suit that was a few centimeters taller than Dabi but he hid behind a Solid Black Mask. He simply went by Echo Image. Shigaraki said his quirk was to become exactly like anyone physically as long as he touches them on their skin. He just kept to himself though.

It was their first meeting with Raikou (he already hated how he was checking his phone instead of talking to him) and his 3rd of meeting Shigaraki. No, The staple laden man was boiling pissed with it being directed in several directions. The Decaying Villain showed the male some information.

"Today, we learned that there are 3 people capable of being villains but we need to steal them. The first one is Katsuki Bakugo, a boy with all the makings of a villain. The 2nd one is a girl named Kimi Kimura, a transformation quirk user that may come of use to us as she doesnt need to consume blood plus she can be an object and lastly is a Hannei Tsukikage, a girl with the ability to freeze people by their shadows and there is a rumor she can copy quirks."

Shigaraki showed a photo of the first two, of a pissed boy with blonde hair and a girl with black hair and purple accents. But he then saw a photo of the third is when his blood ran cold. It was a photo of a girl with the most beautiful silver hair and silver eyes but then explained that she was hiding a secret. That she was a Hero-in-training.

He punched the wall of the tiny apartment when he realized that the person he saw, the angel from his dreams. The angel that wasn't scared of his scars or staples the first time she saw him. How could she be a Hero-in-training?

He tried to call Shigaraki a liar until he showed me the photo of Mouse from the USJ Attack as Raikou and Mindbreak confirmed it. She was slightly injured, soaked to the bone and looked blind but alive. Then it clicked.

She is training to be a hero.
She had a strong as hell quirk!
SHE WENT TO UA TO BE A HERO!!!

He sat down on an old and worn out couch while aimlessly listened to someone conduct an interview until a pure voice was heard. His head sitting back as he groaned in internal tormented rage.

"You are the daughter of Mindwiper and Illusiona, correct?" The interviewer asked.

"Oh, yeah. I don't rely on my parents though. I want to be my own hero." His mousey angel said with a smile.

That piqued his interest and he sat his head up, staring at the screen where she stood talking to the press, a black streak now apparent in her hair.

"What do you mean?" The woman asked her kindly and Dabi's saintly angel with the purest smile as her blush grew. He thought she looked so cute when she was blushing.

"My quirk is what most of the world considers that of a Villain. I have what is considered a Duality Quirk. My quirk is called Shadow Mirror Manipulation." The halo hung on her head as he couldn't help but smile with her. Does she know how beautiful she looked even when she clearly didn't want to be interviewed? And what did she mean by her quirk made her a villian?

"And what is your motive to be once you hope to become a hero?" The interviewer asked with an obviously fake smile.

"My motive isn't money, it isn't fame or even independent recognition. I only want to prove to the world that not all heroes are born with God-like quirks...some of those born in the dark are as strong as a God's. Excuse me, I must be off."
