Chapter Three

Narrator Pov

Bryce woke up at 12 am, he began to get ready for the day, he showered, shaved, and put on clothes, he then remembered that he had a child and he didn't have food in the house, he immediately ordered lunch, and rushed to Sofie's bedroom seeing that the girl was sound asleep making an involuntary smile appear on his face, he opened her curtains making the sunlight shine through, he left the room and went to his office and began to sort out some contracts and brand deals.

Meanwhile at the sway house

The boys were sitting and waiting for Bryce not knowing where he is, they wonder if he was ok, they were suppose to shoot a couple of videos today but there was no word from Bryce.

"Still no word from him?" Josh asked making the other boys shake there heads, just then Tayler Holder walked through the doors of sway seeing no Bryce, no cameras and the boys sitting annoyed, "What's the problem?" He asked, "Bryce is not here and he is not answering our calls or texts" Noah spoke annoyed, "Ok Josh and Jaden come with me we are going to Bryce's and you boys think of something else for the vlog" Tayler spoke making the boys nod.

"Bryce had his own house?" Jaden asked following Tayler to his car.

Meanwhile with Bryce

He was doing online shopping for Sofie, he wasn't paying attention to his phone, he already had her lunch ready and was waiting for Sofie to eat, an abrupt knock was heard through out the house making Bryce frown, no one knows where he lives and he didn't expect any packages so who could it be he thought, the knocking got louder and louder making Bryce annoyed marching down the stairs and swinging the front doors open, "What the fuck Tayler!?" He spoke angrily, "Oh no you don't get to say that to us" Tayler spoke walking inside the house and the other two boys walking in, "Bryce you had thjs house- no MANSION and didn't tell us?" Josh asked looking at the house in awe, "We had a videos planned what are you doing!" Tayler raised his voice, "Hey! Keep your tone down!" Bryce spoke angrily before Tayler nor anyone had a chance to speak a soft voice was heard, "Bryce?" Sofie asked rubbing her eyes, Bryce face softened and he walked over to the sleepy child, "Hey pumpkin was I being too loud?" He asked picking her up, the small child nodded and wrapped her small hands around his neck and laying her head in his shoulder, "Bryce- who is that?" Jaden asked cautiously, Sofie looked at the boys, "Sofie these are some of my friends, Tayler, Josh and Jaden and guys this is my daughter Sofie Hall" Bryce spoke proudly looking at the boys then Sofie, "Hello nice to meet you" Sofie spoke stretching her hand out, Tayler awed and shook her hand, "Hello Sofie nice to meet you I'm uncle Tayler" he spoke softly, "Can I hold her?" He asked both the father and daughter in which they nod their heads and Sofie was already her Tayler's arms in the blink of an eye. "Oh my god" Tayler spoke holding Sofie, "You need to explain" Josh and Jaden spoke at the same time.

"What's there to explain" Bryce shrugged walking into the kitchen, "Oh nothing just the fact that you have a breathing child" Josh spoke in a duh tone, "I don't know what's not obvious, I adopted Sofie yesterday and she is now my child, she slept here, I was busy buying stuff for her didn't hear my phone, and you fucks woke her up" Bryce said unpacking the food for Sofie on a plate, the two boys looked at Bryce like a mad man, they couldn't believe that he adopted a child, the laughter of Sofie and Tayler echoed the house bringing a smile on the young father's face. "How about you lots stop being dicks and talk to her" Bryce spoke making them look at Tayler and Sofie laughing, and deciding why not.

After a while, Bryce finally entered the living room with lunch, he smiled seeing Sofie smiled at the terrible stories the boys were telling her, "Alright stop corrupting my child's brain" Bryce said putting the food on the dinning room table, Sofie ran up to her father with a smile, "Bryce Bryce Bryce can Tayler teach me how to ride a motorbike, and Josh teach me how to do ice hockey and Jaden teach me how to sing!" Sofie pleaded making puppy dog eyes at Bryce in which he couldn't say no to, "I can't say no to that face, now come eat up" Bryce spoke, the boys and Sofie made their way around the table where they are food and spoke about the most random things that came up, the boys felt a need to protect Sofie at all cost, they loved the refreshing smile, laughter, excitement, and adoration that Sofie radiated. They were so into Sofie that they didn't pay attention to the pinging sounds of their phones...

Later that night the boys stayed over, while Bryce and Sofie were talking on her bed, "Hey dad I want to make friends one day" Sofie spoke looking at her fingers, "Don't worry Sofie you will make friends eventually in fact I think I will introduce you to a friend tomorrow" the brunette spoke with an smile and idea, which made his child smile brightly, "Really! Thank you Bryce!!!" Sofie hugged him tightly.  The father tucked his child into bed, "Goodnight Sofie" he rubbed her scalp, "Goodnight dad" she smiled softly.....
