Chapter six

A week later

The boys especially Bryce are very protective over Sofie, she has grown close with everyone and did the same with her, she has learned a lot of new things and now going to school online until she is used to the information and tasks she has to do. Other than that she is doing well, she is also used to the boys recording and screaming. Sofie has also been exploring social media, and her phone, she got to explore her taste in music has fallen in love with rap, hip-hop, pop, and jazz, she often found mostly singing Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, and Nicki Minaj, making everyone smile as the small girl singing word for word for each song she sang. 

Right now Sofie was in a video call with her teacher doing mathematics. "Ok Sofie you are doing great for your first time doing math soon you will know how to solve larger equations" the teacher said with a smile making Sofie do the same, "Ok for homework you can do research on long division here is some equations you can go and practice" the teacher said doing showing a work sheet, Sofie noticed that it is not long division but didn't say anything, she wrote down the assignment and did it at the same time, when she was done "Um miss I am finished and this is not long division its algebra" Sofie said quietly, the teacher looked at the screen and gasp, " I am so sorry Sofie that is for 9 graders, here is your-" Sofie cut the teacher off and said "But I did the assignment, I solved what is x and y using simultaneous method" Sofie said holding up here book so the teacher could see, making the woman jaw dropped seeing that Sofie got the answers right, "How?" was all that the woman said amazed, "I did some research in my free time" the teacher nodded at what Sofie said and congratulated her making Sofie smile softly, once Sofie was done with math she did the rest of her classes. 

Meanwhile 

Bryce was doing paperwork and reading over contracts until his phone rang, "Hello?" he said putting the phone on speaker, "Um hello Mr. Hall my name is Ms. Brown, I am your daughter's math teacher, I am calling about Sofie" the woman said timidly, Bryce leaned back in his chair ready to listen to the teacher, "Sofie was accidentally given grade 9 work and sat down in front of me doing it getting all the answers right..." Bryce proud of his daughter, "What seems to be the problem then?" Bryce asked, "Oh no there is no problem I was just saying maybe you should put Sofie in a learning environment around kids her age, I have a class with some children that are around Sofie's age and they are advanced in their work," the woman said, Bryce understood what she was trying to say, "Ok I will get back to you soon," all Bryce said and ended the called, he walked out his office going to Sofie's room seeing her drawing while talking to her art professor. "Look sir I drew you!" Sofie said excitingly holding up the sketch pad making the teacher see that she did, the teacher praised the girl saying that she is very advanced for her age, making Bryce smile and walk to his office making a phone call. 

Sofie in the meanwhile

Sofie ran downstairs for dinner, the new maid they had was very well shaped, she was wearing a tight fitted pencil foot jeans, a hot pink crop top, and an apron, Sofie shrugged and walked to her seat which was close to Bryce, as he sat that the end of the table, the boys came down one by one and greeted Sofie, then came her dad Bryce. "Hey dad!" Sofie greeted making the brunette smile, and all the boys awed. Everyone ate, talked, and joked around behaving like a real family. Once they were done eating they were just talking and enjoying themselves, but mostly Bryce and Sofie insulting everyone. After hours of talking they went to bed, Bryce tucked Sofie in bed, and kissed her forehead, Bryce was about to leave but he heard a faint sound "Bryce can you please read me a story" Sofie said softly, a smile creep on his face as he went towards her bookshelf and picked the book she wanted, "Ok ready Sofie?" Bryce asked and he sat beside her, Sofie laid her head on his chest and he played with her hair. 

"Centuries ago-" Bryce said reading the story. Halfway through the story he heard light snores coming from Sofie, he smiled and closed the book putting it on the nightstand, he tried moving but fail to see that Sofie almost woke up, he sighed and chuckled softly, he fell asleep in the position he was in and his hand around Sofie's shoulder.
