This is what I would change in the game SCP Containment Breach.
General
* Blink meter decreased by 10%
* Blinking now only activates when SCP-173 is visible (The blink meter remains for 10 seconds after line of sight with 173 has been broken)
* The inventory, command console, and ESC menus on Keter difficulty no longer pause the game
* MTF now have slight reaction times before firing at the player
* The radio now contains a random number of songs on channel 3
* 'Small First Aid Kit' has been renamed 'Upgraded First Aid Kit'
* The refreshing of the Very Fine Night Vision Googles no longer counts as a blink
* Very Fine Night Vision Googles refresh cool down reduced from 10 seconds to 7 seconds
* Keypad Heavy and Entrance zones no longer exist
* Announcements sounds on speakers; volume reduced by 40%
SCPS
SCP-049:
* The collision hitbox of SCP-049's arm has been extended
* Slight increase in speed
* Can no longer walk through a Tesla gate
SCP-106:
* Now spawns directly in front of the player. If a non-collidable object is in front of the player, SCP-106 will spawn directly below instead
* Has been given a proper animation when struck by a Tesla gate.
SCP-178:
* Has now returned
* Is now placed inside SCP-427's room (SCP-427's room has been completely removed; it can still be accessible by placing SCP-500 into SCP-914. 427's document can be found near SCP-500 in the maintenance tunnel)
SCP-205:
* Entry clearance reduced from 3 to 2
SCP-714:
* Now grants immunity to SCP-1048-B
* (See SCP-966)
SCP-939:
* SCP-939 cannot detect players if they are not moving. However, if 939 makes physical contact with the player they will then become enraged
* Can now randomly turn around to the opposite direction and continue in said direction (All SCP-939s do not collide with one another)
* More voice lines added
SCP-966:
* Can no longer open doors
* Stamina reduction has been reduced to 30% (Formally 50%)
* If stamina reduction is active; SCP-714's stamina effects will dissipate and the stamina reduction from SCP-966 will only be reduced by 5%. However, the blinking meter duration is now decreased by 20%
Bug fixes/QOL Changes
* SCPs' can no longer spawn on the player when exiting or entering an elevator
* SCPs' cannot spawn within 5 meters of an elevator
* SCPs' and MTF can no longer get stuck on door passage ways
* Stairs can no longer get the player and SCPs' stuck
* The screen no longer turns around without the input of the player. Screen flicking fixed
* SCP-049 can no longer get stuck on objects during his introduction event
* SCP-066 can no longer scare the player through floors and walls
* The entry to SCP-079 not loading correctly has been fixed
* Screen flickering reduced during the SCP-096 event
* When SCP-106 is successfully contained, sound transmission now automatically turns off
* Optimized SCP-1499 areas. Ambient music when removing the mask has been removed
