These are custom moves/abilities that I would add to some Pokémon.
Xatu
Physic vision - (Physic)
PP: 5
Description: The user protects itself from an upcoming attack by viewing the future and past with it's two eyes. If the attacker uses a non-damaging move, the user's SP ATK rises. This move's fail chance is higher if used multiple times.
Beedrill
Final Stinger - (Bug)
PP: 5
Power: 150
Accuracy: 90%
Description: The user stings the target with all of its power and causes poisoning in the process. The user faints after its use.
Raichu (Alolan)
Surfs up - (Electric)
PP: 10
Power: 50
Accuracy: 95%
Description: The user rams the target with it's electric tail. The user's speed stat is then boosted by one.
Bewear
Hug Me - (Normal)
PP: 10
Power: 100
Accuracy: 65%
Description: The user dangerously squeezes the target, lowering their speed in the process.
Gardevoir
Black Hole - (Dark)
PP: 5
Description: The user creates a black hole that looms above the battlefield. In 3 turns, whatever Pokémon on the battlefield is the slowest will instantly faint. If only one Pokémon is on the battlefield, the Black Hole will dissipate. If Gardevoir faints or is switched out, the black hole disappears.
Altaria (Mega)
Beautiful Sight - (Ability)
Description: Pokémon that attempt to attack the user have a 15% chance to miss. However, physical moves do 1.5x more damage to the user.
Dhelmise
Type is now Ghost/Steel. (Previously Ghost/Grass)
Decidueye
Protective Wings - (Ability)
Description: Halves damage from super-effective moves when above 75% HP.
New Pokedex Entries:
Shuckle: While consuming collected berries, it hides in it's unbreakable shell for protection. Fearows have been seen dropping them from great heights, only to be greeted with disappointment.
Mega Mawile: It's Mega Evolution allows it's huge jaws to become some-what independent, both of which will sacrifice everything to keep Mawile safe. It contains the strongest bite force of every known Pokemon.
Nihilego: Recent studies show it's full neurotoxin capability. It paralyses it's victims instantly and grips onto their head. During this time, it is slowly eating away the victims life force, making it's toxin only more lethal.
Shedinja: A Pokemon with powers unknown. It floats slowly while completely ignoring attacks which somehow do not affect it. Any lifeforms who come in contact with the object above Shedinja disappear completely.
Ninjask: So fast it can avoid even lightning. It is able view the world in slow motion, allowing it to evade nearly every attack without fail. Trainers who are able to catch this Pokemon are said to gain it's vision abilities.
Minior: The patterns on it's shell are completely unique to one another. It is said to contain an ancient message on unknown Pokemon to those who decipher it.
Slaking: Although lazy at first, when angered, it contains the speed and power to completely destroy hordes of Vigoroths in a single blow.
Whimsicott: When in danger, it scatters a big pile of cotton around itself and hides in it. It is nearly impossible to find while doing so.
Cofagrigus: It uses it's four arms to violently detach the spirit of a life form from their body. It then places the spirit inside itself and consumes them.
Mega Banette: When it Mega Evolves, all life forms in a 500 meter radius are cursed for an unknown time. Since Banette's zippers are no longer intact, something otherworldly lurking within attempts to escape.
