"Jun!!"
Renjun didn't have to look up from his desk to see who it was because he very well knew Jaemin's voice.

"Hey Jaem. How are you?"
"Im good. Im good.
Btw I had to tell you something."
"Hm, spill."
"So uh I am planning to take you and Jeno for a date this Sunday. What do you say?"

Choking on his saliva, Renjun looked deadass into Jaemin's eyes to see a hint of jokingness (¿) but he couldn't find it.

"A what?"
"A date."

Renjun was still wide-eyed as he couldn't comprehend what was going on.

"But like you and Jeno are dating so why are you taking me with you both?"

Jaemin just stared at the other like he had grown two heads.

"Didn't we three say 'i love yous' at our apartment that day????"

"Yes we did but uh....I though you guys meant it in the friendly way...."

Jaemin suddenly frowned after thinking about the possibility of Renjun not liking them back after knowing they had misunderstood his words that day.

"So you don't love us that way?"
"No wait I do-"
"So you do!"

Renjun just stopped malfunctioning.

He had just accidentally confessed to Jaemin when he wasn't even sure if they liked him back or not.

"Uh that's not what I meant-"
"Oh hush."
Jaemin shushed Renjun as he grabbed his wrist, not too tight but it was firm enough for Renjun to not let go, and started dragging him out of the empty classroom into another empty classroom where Jeno had his earplugs in and head buried between his arms on the table.

"Jen. Wake up. We need to talk."

The said boy raised his head up only to see a confused Renjun with Jaemin gripping his arm, both sitting in front of him with expectant eyes.

Jeno inwardly chuckled at the cute sight as he remembered the day in their apartment when Renjun had woken them up.

Ethereal. He thought.

"What is it?"

"So basically Renjun," Jaemin continued as he shifted to sit beside Jeno, "you do know that we are polyamorous right?"

"Yeah...."

"And you are also polyamorous?"

"Yeah..."

Jeno knew where it was going and interwined his and Jaemin's hands as he took on him to continue the conversation,

"So, Huang Renjun, me, Lee Jeno and him, Na Jaemin, love you. Like love love you. We have been always together and we told each other that we are polyamorous before we started dating so that there wasn't any problems in the future.
We both love each other alot and now we love you as much as we love each other.

So now what we ask of you is, do you love us back and if yes then would you do the wonderful pleasure to be our boyfriend?"
