The last time I saw you,

I kissed your knuckles gently.

The last time I spoke to you,

I was not aware it was goodbye.

The last thing I said to you,

Was that I love you, and that was true.

And every time I think of you,

The sadness tore me through.

Through your life, I looked up to you,

Your strength, your drive to win.

And after life, I'll look up to you,

I'll love you, and dream of you too.
