The trance toward the tranquillity of the azure.
May the cool breeze kiss my heated cheek.
Golden pollen could perhaps tickle the nose,
second nature when admiring the hawks.
Serenity with sincerity over sweet, honeyed scents.
Crisp, yet comforting gives riversides such grace.
Vibrant shades that shimmer over butterfly wings,
may this beautiful day remake me anew.
The haunted night horrifies with wild shrieks...
Once visible to the day becomes invisible in the dark,
The crescent glow lights little, as if to mock safety!
Tricks and terror may taunt one's temper,
daydreams become sickening, paranoid nightmares.
The owl's song only grants a short reprieve...
Humanity's senses are beyond the victim's control.
Why must morning become malicious midnight?
