"still think you belong together?" Nai asked Ellie as she took a drag from her cigarette, "baby you shouldn't do that" she reached out to take it but Ellie pulled away.

"nai I'm done with Vinnie and his shit"

"look, you guys always have fights!"

"this is different! he cheated on me!"

"he was drunk at a party!"

"you're siding with him?" she shook her head and Ellie scoffed.

"look at you! you're going back to your old self" Ellie froze at those words.

"shut up" she took another drag and Nai rolled her eyes.

"look, you're agreeing"

"I don't care what you say, okay? I'm done with this conversation"

"well if you're so done with me and Vinnie leave"

"where? I sold my apartment cause we were living together!"

"thats not my problem! you don't even give him the chance to explain, you have your mind set"

"its gonna stay that way, I should pay Sam a visit" she gritted her teeth.

"why? you think shes gonna wanna see you like this? you're slowly killing yourself!" Nai stood up from the roof they were sitting on and walked back inside. After Ellie put out the cigarette she followed.

"so what do I do?" she sat on the couch with her head in her hands.

"I'd say talk to him" she shook her head furiously, "you know he wont leave you alone" Nai raised her eyebrow and Ellie shrugged.

"I'm over Vinnie and his ways, I want to find a way to get back to him"

"date someone else?" she joked and Ellie stood up.

"exactly! who would Vinnie hate to see me with?"

"I was joking!"

"so? I'm gonna do it, but who would he hate for me to date!?"

"his friends?"

"nobody in hype, I know them too well" 

"old sway?"

"I don't know, I feel someone out of the spotlight.."

"what about-"

"my ex!" Ellie pulled out her phone from her back jean pocket and pulled up his contact before calling him.

"hello?" Ellie smiled hearing his voice.

"hey, how are you?"

"I'm good? why'd you call me?"

"uhm, where are you?"

"you're lucky, LA"

"shit, I am"

"anyways, what do you need?"

"I mean you could be totally against this but I need your help"

"with what?"

"well I'm trying to get back at my ex"

"got it, you need me to help you? we're gonna fake date or some shit?"

"exactly, but I have something for you"

"shoot"

"a chance to get a small amount of fame?" 

"how?" he chuckled.

"well with your photos, I mean me and Nai could use a professional photographer. If you were to post just photos of us and other people on your socials you'll get followers in no time"

"you sure? like 100% that this will work?"

"well, I'd say 99.9 cause I don't know how Vinnie will react"

"yeah sure, where do you wanna meet?" she looked at Nai and she nodded.

"I'll text you the address"

"okay cool, see you soon"

"this is the stupidest idea you've ever had" Nai whined as the two got prepared to take photos for Will.

"look, I just want Vinnie to feel hurt. I've gone through so much because of him, don't you think he deserves to feel the same?"

"just remember how much he's done for you" Ellie thought about that before shrugging.

"if he really cared he wouldn't have done that, I'm not gonna be another toy" she looked at Nai before getting up and heading over to the guest room she was staying in at Nai's.
