3 years later, February 14th ****

The both of you already graduated, already bought a house, Shirabu successfully became a Doctor, both of you successfully found a job.

You just came home from work, already exhausted as you turned on the TV and sat on the couch.

Even though it's a holiday, the both of you are still busy.

You flinched as your breath hitched, this man never failed to make your heart melt, even though he's always busy.

"H-happy Valentine's day" 

He hummed as he turned the microwave off, placing you on the kitchen counter.

He started kissing you, from your collarbone to your neck, to your jawline then on your lips.

You leaned down to kiss him back.

He carried you in a bridal style and went upstairs, not caring about the Television in the living room, he opened the door to your shared room and carefully placed you on the bed.

He removed his tie and unbuttoned his polo.

You already knew what was going on, you kissed him and whispered something to his ear.

"I'm pregnant"

He stopped as his eyes widened, "really?" he said as you nodded while smiling at him.

"best gift ever" he mumbled as he kissed your tummy.

"did you tell mom and dad?" he asked.

"everyone knows" you giggled.

He shrugged it off and continued to give you kisses.

"Azumi" Shirabu said.

"Azumi? Who's Azumi?" you asked him.

"Let's name our baby Azumi"

"We still don't know the gender of our baby, don't be silly" you laughed.

"If it's a girl, name her Azumi" he said.

"and if it's a boy?"

"Izumi"

"Nice names" you said.

A few months have passed, base on the ultrasound, your baby turned out to be twins.

And your twins' genders are boy and girl.

"twins?!" you said in shock.

"make sense, my mom has a twin sister so I think it's in my genes" Shirabu said as he smiled at you.

"so let's name our babies Azumi and Izumi" both of you said.
