Chapter 3- Let's Be Friends

Since it was breakfast, all of the students were in the cafeteria to eat.

Y/n's POV

I went out of the dormitory and walked to the cafeteria and damnnnn

A lot lot lot of students... I mean, there's nothing wrong with it, I just don't know where to go.

Geez I should've followed Shirabu-san a while ago.

Then I saw the same guy I met earlier, Esmi? Am I right? I don't know, I don't really remember since I just woke up at that moment.

But yeah whatever, I'll just walk to him and join him eat.

As you walked to the boy, he was eating peacefully.

"Good morning Esmi-senpai???" you said, you weren't sure if it's really him.

Then he laughed at you.

"Sorry if I didn't introduce myself properly earlier, I'm Semi Eita, good morning L/n-san" you smiled at him and nodded.

"sit down first" he said as you complied.

"So uhm, Semi-senpai, have you seen Shirabu-san?" you asked him.

"Yeah, yeah, he's getting his food with Tendou and Goshiki" he answered while munching his food.

"Alright, I'll just go and get my food." you were about to stand up but he stopped you.

"Just stay here, I'm sure Shirabu got you a food tray." you were shocked by his statement since Shirabu is "harsh" when it comes to you, he's hot-headed so why would he do that.

"uhmm, okay..."

Then you saw Shirabu approaching your table.

He did bring another tray, but you wouldn't fall for it, that might be for someone else.

"eat up." that was all he said before sitting next to you, followed by Tendou, Goshiki and some other guys that you assumed to be his teammates.

"Wow, I've never seen Shirabu like this towards a person, especially to a girl" Tendou said.

"She's new here and she's my dormmate so why not? Besides, if I wouldn't do it she might whine" Shirabu blurted.

"Hey! Why would I if I can do it by myself?! And who told you to do that anyways? You're usually mean to me, even in our first meeting which was yesterday!"

"just eat already."

"hmph!"

"They're so cute, aren't they?" Tendou said which causes the others to nod in agreement.

"She's childish so don't mind her." Shirabu said as they laughed.

"You know what? If I'm just going to get insulted here then I should've just eaten inside my dorm. I'm actually trying my best to get along with you guys, especially to you Shirabu-san since you're my dormmate, but if y'all are already the one who wouldn't want me to be around, fine then!" you said as you finished your food in an instant then walked away from them.

Everyone was looking at you, they heard it, super clear, clearer than your eyesight.

"Shirabu-san, you screwed up..." his teammates said that made him glare at them and finish his food as well before following you to your shared room.

"you all should apologize for laughing at her." A guy with a monotone voice said as his teammates looked at him.

"U-Ushijima- Yes! We should apologize to L/n-san!!" Goshiki said, then they all agreed.

Shirabu then opened the door to your shared room and looked at you.

"That was rude, walking out." he said.

"why do you care?"

"I don't care, you were just pretty rude out there, you don't know how to take sarcasm."

"well I never experienced that, they never insult me nor made fun of me."

"They're already treating you as a friend, talking to you like you were close friends since childhood, that's how they make a conversation fun, and we didn't even say that you're ugly or something, we know our limits. Trust them."

".....well, I guess I was just overreacting, Oikawa and his teammates never did that to me, I mean we just share our thoughts, funny thoughts, I think what the others said was true, they were treating me like a baby princess, like their little sister and they were overprotective. I'll try to get along with them and apologize... " he looked at you again as he sighed and stared at the door, he could feel the presence of his teammates approaching your dorm, he could hear them talking.

"L/n-chan!!! We're very sorry for offending you, we didn't mean to laugh at you, don't worry we'll be careful and think next tim-" Tendou was cut off when you suddenly apologized.

"I'm very sorry for walking out, that was pretty rude of me, I'm very sorry, I really am, I'll try to get along with you guys! I would love to! Seriously!" you said as you bow down.

They were confused about what you said since to them, the one who offended you was them, they looked at Shirabu who was standing behind you, he also looked at them and shrugged it off.

"GROUP HUG!!!" Tendou said out of the blue and hugged you, then they started hugging you as well.

"Let's be friends, okay? Don't worry, we won't force you... Just talk to us whenever you want to." they said.

"O-okay, but guys you're suffocating me- I can't breathe-" you said as they let go of you.

"well, we still have a morning practice, we need to go, you can come and watch us practice if you want." Semi said.

"uhm... Maybe next time, I need to organize my stuff..."

"Oh okay, byebye!!!" they said and you waved them goodbye.

"Oh I didn't notice that Wakatoshi-kun didn't come with us, I guess he's already in the gym." Tendou said while walking away with his teammates.

"Shirabu-san, you have practice, right?" you said as he nodded and picked his things up then went outside to follow them.

'Alright L/n Y/n! let's start a new beginning! new friends! new school!... I'll just call Flatty-senpai tomorrow since I'm guessing they're practicing, the whole day, weekend full of practice...'
