Liam's POV

"Goodnight Soinlove." I whispered as she fell asleep. Her head laid on my out stretched legs as I stared into the fire.

I looked down at her as she turned

over and was facing me. Her brown hair was fanned out over my legs and her bangs hanged in her eyes. Her eye lids flickered back and forth from what I assumed was a dream and little snores escaped her slightly open mouth. I gazed at her with amazement. I couldn't believe the things she has gone through and the fact that she was so willingly able to share them with me. I can't help but wonder how she managed to get through something so traumatizing. Every time I think of her I just get tingles in my stomach.

I glanced at the clock once more to find it was almost midnight, I yawned and began to lift up the sleeping brunette.

"Liam?" She moaned still half asleep.

"Shhh... Just go back to sleep." I whispered setting her on what I assumed was her bed. Quickly I tugged the blanket up higher and through on an extra one to make sure she was warm.

"Mmmm..." She hummed slipping back into whatever dream she was having.

Sighing with relief I stepped back out of the room. I went about the studio blowing all of the candles out and extinguishing the fire before heading back to the bedroom. I threw the large blanket over me before lying on the extra bed pushed to the other side of the wall before falling fast asleep.

Sonni's POV

I woke up feeling extremely drowsy, but slid out of bed anyways caping the blanket around my neck.

'Shit power must still be out.' I thought walking through the large studio, finding the fireplace crackling with warmth. Then the memories came flooding back; Liam was here last night and you had been talking by the fire when you fell asleep.

'How did I get into the bed? And where is Liam?' I wondered silently.

"Morning." I heard someone cheer, causing me to jump.

"Heaven all mighty never do that again." I gasped catching my lost breath. I turned around to find a soaking wet Liam.

"I don't know that was kind of funny." Liam chuckled.

"Well you're mean." I said punching his arm.

"Ouch, I thought we were friends!"

"Not when you scare me and laugh!"

"Well then since we aren't friends I guess I'll have to find someone else to share this Starbucks coffee with me?" he said reveling two cups from behind his back.

"You know I think we should settle our differences over a cup." I reasoned swiping the cup away before he could respond, making him chuckle.

"What ever you say, so power on?"

"Nope, I don't think it's coming back on with it pouring this hard. Why did you go out anyway?" I asked sitting down by the fire wrapping the blanket around me.

"I thought coffee would be nice and I looked and saw you were out."

"You didn't have to." I argued.

"But I wanted too, so say thank you and drink it."

"Wow demanding, but yes thank you very much."

We both sat sipping our coffee, getting settled by the fire.

"So what shall we do while we wait out the storm?" Liam asked.

"Well what do you want to do my coffee giving hero?" I giggled.
