“You don't have to do this.” Liam said to me gripping my shoulders a little too much for my liking

“I know.” I replied, kind of getting annoyed by his over protectiveness.

“We can just say you threw up in the dressing room and leave, I could take you out to a restaurant or maybe cook something at home. Come on let's go, I'll go tell the producer an-”

“Liam, I am not leaving!” I slightly shouted. I lowered my voice back down again, “I want to do this. I am ready.”

I heard him sigh, “I know you do, I just don't know how fans will react.”

I wrapped my arms around him, “Everything will be okay,” I hope, “I just want them to know what kind of person I am.”

“Are you going to bring up... you know.”

Before I could answer, “Soinlove?” a woman called, “I need you to come with me.”

I sighed as I felt a strong, rough, yet gentle hand on my shoulder; Paul. I began to walk off, but Liam grabbed my arm quick but lightly, “I will be to you left of the stage, just give me a signal and I will have them cut to commercial and we will leave.” Liam whispered.

“I love you Liam.” I whispered bringing his hand to my lips before letting go.

“I love you too, baby girl.” I heard him reply.

“I'll lead you to the stage and Kelly, the host, said she will come up and lead you to a couch. She doesn't know, but she was sworn not to ask anything about it; if she does she will be paying a very large fine.” Paul whispered in my ear behind me, I nodded in response.

“Wait here, when Kelly calls your name, she will step forward and bring you across the stage.” The woman said.

“Thank you.” I said remembering my manners.

Paul and I waited about five minutes before, “Alright fan-girls at home, I believe this is the moment you have all been dying to know since she first appeared in the magazines as 'The Mystery Girl'. Allow me to drag out on stage for her first appearance on television, Soinlove Lakins!”

The crowd erupted with screams and cheers that I couldn't make out. I felt a soft hand on my elbow as Paul's hand vanished from my shoulder. I started walking onto the stage when we stopped I sensed her lean close to me, “The couch is right behind you you can sit down, angle yourself a little to the right.” Kelly whispered to me.

I took a seat on the plush couch. It was very soft to the touch with two fluffy pillows too each side to me. I could hear the audience die down as Kelly began to speak again to my right, “So Soinlove-”

“Sonni, I prefer to be called Sonni.” I spoke up.

“Well, Sonni, you have a very unique name.”

“Yes my parents wanted to use something creative and something they thought of.” I replied, wanting to drop the subject.

“Well, they sure did succeed. Now on a similar note,” oh god please I don't need to be talking of my deceased parents, “Your voice doesn't really sound like you are from around here, where are you form?”

Thank god, “I was born in Boston, but moved out here when I was young so I never fully adapted the accent, but it kind of mixed in.” I replied.

“I noticed. Well anyways what do you do for a living?” Kelly asked.

“I work at my own studio as a artist, although it's not really work since I enjoy it so much.”

“Fascinating! Can we display some of Sonni's pieces on the back screen.” I was taken back, I didn't know how they got my artwork. I turned my head so it looked like I was facing backwards.
