My dad found out that I was using Sunny's phone to contact Jake and that didn't end well sunny is not allowed to come anymore u less it's for family dinner I haven't left my room I feel heart broken I...I love Jake I never thought I would say that but I love him

Jake got called in to the principals office
"I want you to stay away from my daughter focus on graduating"Erikas dad said once Jake sat down Jake raised his eyebrow
"No"Jake said
"Jake stay away from Erika your not good for her"
"No! How could you possibly know that ,I actually care for Erika and it took me a long fucking time to convince her to even go out with me you can't judge me because of how I am yes I have a temper and get myself into stupid shit but I...I love her I changed for her because I can't lose her and I won't let you separate me from her"
"Jake you are hurting her if you don't leave her"
"Think about it mr.costell! who's doing her more harm me!...or you, I got to get to class " he said staring him in the eyes then getting up
"Ask the front desk for a pass" mr.costell said Jake sighed
-after school
Erika has been home she was crying when her mom walked in
" mom please leave I want to be alone"
"Erica sweetie I know you're hurting but you'll get over it soon-"
"no I won't mom I love him and nothing you guys try to do to separate me from him is going to change that yes I know I was supposed to be there to help tutor them but he...he was different he wasn't a good person at the beginning but he's changing he's good please let me be with him" Erika said grabbing her hands her mom sighed
"I'll try to convince your dad"
"R-really" Erika said shocked
" yes your in love with this boy and you should never let the person you love go I can feel how much you care about him it's the same feeling I get about your dad" her mom said Erika smiled softly
"Thanks mom" Erika said hugging her and she hugged back
-Jakes house
Jake walked in but was stopped by his parents
"honey what's wrong with noticed you've been off"his mom said
" not now please leave me alone you guys never cared about me why now just cut the bullshit and leave me alone" Jake said
"Jake please we now noticed we have been bad parents Your our son too and we care about you we are sorry for making you feel like we don't care about you" his dad said
"I don't care anymore"
"Jake please tell us what's wrong"
"Just go back to caring about Logan where s he surprised he is not here to show off" he said
"Your brother is grown and can take care of himself we know we messed up son but let us help you talk to us"
"I don't know-"

"Your girlfriend" his mom asked as they sat down
"We we're hiding our relationship from her parents because she's my tutor in school and I guess her dad didn't like the fact that I'm dating his daughter" he said looking down
" i'm not a bad person used to do bad things that you guys would probably be disappointed if I told you all of them but I've changed...she changed me and can't lose her mom I love her" Jake said looking at both of them with watery eyes there parents smiled his mom was also crying
"We are sorry son for not being there for you"
Jake just looked down but his mom grabbed his face making him look at her
"My beautiful boy...you grew into such a great young man"his mom said softly Jake sniffled and smiled
"If you love her son fight for her" his dad said putting his hand on his shoulder Jake nods
