His eyes darted from my eyes to my lips.
Should I kiss him?
Was that going to be the way to tell him how I feel?
Xander finally got up and brushed himself off, "Sorry, about that. I should get going now."
"Um-yeah. I'll see later, I guess." I say.
Xander turns to his car, then turned back to me, "D-do you think I could stay for the night?"
"Really? You can sleep in the guest room if you want." I suggested.
"Great!" Xander smiled.
We went back inside and I showed Xander the guest room.
"Thanks," He said, "Goodnight."
'Night." I say going back upstairs.
Was I really about to kiss Xander?
And should I have kissed him?

I wake up and I was about to go downstairs. But every time I got closer to the stairs, I heard the sounds of crying.
North wasn't in her room because her door was open. The crying was coming from downstairs.
I peeked at who was crying not letting myself be seen.
I was right.
It was North. But North never cries. Or at least I've never seen her cry before. Only when she was a baby, but that was it.
I looked a bit closer and found Xander cuddling with North.
I forgot. He slept over here.
"What if I die one day?" North cries.
"You won't! Some people are just like this! They do crazy things!" Xander comforted her.
"But why do they do these things? Why?" North asked.
Xander sighed, "I don't know."
North cried more.
"North, listen to me," Xander said in a serious voice, "You can't be like this because one guy did this to you. There are more good people in the world than bad people. Sometimes, people will try so hard to make you feel so insecure about yourself. And you crying and weeping about it will just support them about this."
North stopped crying and looked at Xander with teary eyes.
"Look, I know it's hard that you're getting bullied. And it'll never be easy. But you need to show them who's boss. Show them what you're made of. And when they see who you really are, there going to stop all their stupid acts and start listening to you. You're the most amazing kid I've ever met. And don't tell me that you're the only kid I met because I went to elementary school too, you know. So start getting your act together and stand strong, okay?" Xander lectured.
North smiled, "That last part was pretty cheesy, but I'll take your advice."
Xander smiled, "Good. Now, are we going to eat for breakfast?"
North thought for a bit, "Cereal."
"Cool. Now open the tv and get a tv show to watch. You're going to take it easy today, alright?" Xander got up and went to the kitchen.
North nodded and opened the tv.
I went back to my room so they wouldn't notice that I was eavesdropping on their conversation.

Xander was here for the whole day. He made sure North was alright and took care of her no matter what.
