6: While We Rest

A few moments later we made it to the top of the hill. "Well wasn't that a climb?" I joked. "What's your name?" Inosuke asked. I looked at him "oh my name is Ozawa, this is Tanjiro, and over there is Zenitsu" I replied. "Okay Ozawa and kapanjido" Inosuke said. "No, it's Tanjiro, and you forgot Zenitsu," Tanjiro said. I giggled. We walked up to the gates and before we could do anything it opened. There was an old lady at the door welcoming us in. There was a room Tanjiro inside there was a doctor who checked us out to make sure we were okay. "You boys all have broken ribs" he said. "As for you young lady, you have a cut so close to your ankle it may take weeks to heal" he came to me. I looked said. "I wonder whose fault that was," I said grumpily. "Why hello my dear". The old lady came up to me. "I have a nice change of clothes for you and a shower so you can relax" getting handed my clothes she told me I had my own room. I sighed in relief. "There is also a cream in the bathroom to help with your injury" she reminded me.

I went to the bathroom, got in the shower and relaxed. Not even noticing I started singing. Soon after I got out and got dressed. "These clothes are very comfortable" I left the room and was in the hallway finding my way to the room. Instead I found the old lady. "Here let me take those dirty clothes off you, you can get them tomorrow morning" she said without me noticing she took my clothes. "Umm I'm okay it's no big deal" I said turning around. Only to find she had gone. I kept walking down the hallway to find my room. However I found myself going back to the guys room. "Uhh hi" I said awkwardly. "Wow she's even more glorious clean" Zenitsu said. "I-". Looking at them all, then I looked in the corner of the room and raced in the room. "NEZUKO" I said, giving her a hug. "She knew about her too?" Zenitsu said. "Wow you haven't changed a bit, you look as beautiful as ever!" Nezuko couldn't say anything but I felt like she wanted to compliment me. "Aww thank you" I said. "She understood her?". "Not really" I said facing towards them. "But I can feel what she was trying to say". "Don't you have something similar to that Zenitsu? Isn't that how you knew Nezuko was in there?" I asked. "Yeah I do" he put on a serious face. I sat on the floor as if he were about to tell a story. "I can hear anything, from the tiniest insect to the loudest human being" he said signalling to Inosuke. "And you Tanjiro?" I asked. "Yeah I can smell" he said. "Wow look at this! We are already bonding" I said. Before anyone could say anything I hugged Nezuko again and told her "have a good sleep". "You too boys" I said as I left the room. I finally found my room and went to sleep.

Such a peaceful morning to wake up to. I found that the old lady left my clothes in the room. I got dressed. My foot was already feeling a ton better but just in case I decided to take it easy. I went outside and saw the boys were already up. Tanjiro had the box on the back and I decided to sit down. "Oh Ozawa, good morning," Tanjiro said. "The princess has finally awoken from her beauty sleep" Zenitsu said. "What? It's not that late is it?" I asked. "It's midday," he replied. "Opps". I looked up hearing some kind of flapping noise. "Birdy" I smiled. All of our birds came down to us and mine landed on my hand. I pet the bird and it spoke "you have a new mission". "Already?" I asked. "Wait, you can understand it?" Zenitsu said, confused. "Yes and yours is telling me your stressing it out" i said. "Where's the mission birdy?" I asked. "Your next mission will be in the spider forest, many demonslayers were assigned to go there but none have returned" the bird said. "Am I the only one thats kinda scared?" I asked. "Well I couldn't understand the bird," Zenitsu said. "My birdy said we are going to the spider." Zenitsu interrupted "SPIDERS" and fainted. "Do you need me to help you walk?" Tanjiro asked politely. "No but I'll take the box, you try carrying the cry baby over there. We have a big mission and some of us are still slightly injured" I said. "Yeah right, as if I could get injured," Inosuke said. "Boys". I took the box off Tanjiro and began walking, he somehow picked up Zenitsu. "Wow so strong". "This box is lighter than I thought," I said. And Nezuko's snoring was so cute, it put my heart to peace. "Are you sure you're okay Tanjiro?" I asked. "Yeah I'm fine" he smiled. I turned away. "What is with me blushing so much?".
