My name is Ozawa Miyako and most of what I've learnt is from my father. He taught me the ways of wielding a sword, letting me borrow one of his to learn the ways of what he calls a "demon slayer". I always thought that name had such a sad tone to it. My fathers name was Furuta Tadao. He taught me how to become a demon slayer. He once said "there are many other demon slayers out there, trying to kill as many demons as possible". But me starting off at such a young age. 12, I think.. it was . He taught me and taught me how to become a demon slayer. My family is known for star breathing, a fun activity me and my father would do most nights was staring at the stars. Now I know every star sign, and how to find my way by just looking up.
My father taught me great things, for example, the forms of holding a sword. He said they were only harmful towards demons which made sense to me. There were so many.. but he wouldn't stop teaching me until I had three quarters of the forms mastered. The only rest I seemed to get was the little time I was allowed to sleep. They were all so different and unique which made it harder when it came to practising. But they were all space themed. When I was 15 I mastered all he taught me. He warned me many times about the "demons" lurking around and how many different types there are and how occasionally there would be some with very strong abilities. To be honest I was a bit scared but he said "you will do just fine, have as much faith in yourself as I do with you". His words.. They were always so wise. When he thought i was ready he gave me this kimono.. He talked just about how important it was. Now I would like to talk about the forms that he taught me.
