Y/N's POV

Have you ever said you wanted to have kids in the future? Well I have. Turns out i didn't actually think I would become pregnant at the age of 16. My baby's father left when I was having my little boy at the hospital. I decided I wanted to move to New Jersey to start my life over and to give my son a good life. My alarm clock went off I turned it off I sat up in my bed. It was moving day I got out of my bed and walked down the hall to Luca's crib and see him smiling. I picked him up and took him downstairs to get some breakfast.

Y/n: it's moving day little man

Baby: * giggles *

After breakfast the movers come and load up everything and you were on your way to New Jersey.

* At the New House *
Kai: yo I think someone is moving in across the street

Rob: cool

Kai: aw she has a baby

Rob: cool

Y/N's POV

Once everything was moved in I decided to go to the store to buy some groceries. I put Luca in his car seat and drove to the store I put him in the front of the cart and walked up and down the aisles looking for things I needed/ wanted and of course getting food and snacks for Luca

Roberts POV

I headed to the store Bc I needed more snacks I walked in and seen someone who I would have never thought I would see again. I walked up to her to say hi when I noticed a little boy in the cart

Rob: uh hey y/n

Y/n: R-Robert um hi

Rob: how have you been

Y/n: oh good I just moved here

Rob: oh cool

Y/n: I should get going bye

Rob: wait y/n

Y/n: what

Rob: whose the little boy

Y/n: my son

Rob: oh so youve met someone

Y/n: whys that any of your business

Rob: just wondering

Y/n: no I haven't met anyone

Rob: oh then-

Y/n: hes your son

Rob: m-my son he can't be

Y/n: yep he is. Also the same boy I was having in the hospital and you left

Rob: I- y/n I'm so sorry

Y/n: look I'm sorry but I really have to go, I said as tears were running down my face

I quickly grabbed whatever else I wanted and went to check out I quickly put everything in my cart and into my car, I put Luca in his car seat and and I drove off crying once I got back home and made lunch and gave Luca a bottle I laid on the couch while Luca laid on top of me and I rubbed his back

Kai: so your telling me the girl that you saw at the store was your ex girlfriend and you had a son and left her

Rob: yes and I feel awful it wasn't Bc I didn't love her anymore I was just scared

Kai: did you tell her that

Rob: no she hates my guts

Kai: maybe she does and maybe she doesn't

Rob: idk

Kai: look her up on social media send her a dm and ask to talk to her

Rob: ok

Y/N's POV

I put Luca down in his crib so he can sleep I checked my phone and seen I got a dm it read Robert Georges I wanted to block him but part of me wanted to see what he said so I opened it. He had asked if we could talk I replied back with Yea we can, even though he left me to raise Luca by myself I still loved him and felt bad he asked if we can meet at a coffee shop I agreed

It was the next day I got ready then got Luca ready I walked outside and my eyes went across the street a familiar boy walked out it was Robert he looked at me and shouted my name

Rob: Y/N

Y/n: yep it's me

He ran across the street to you, you both decided to talk inside your home instead of going to a coffee shop

Rob: who would have thought we would become neighbors

Y/n: crazy world right

Rob: look y/n I love you so much still and ik you may hate my guts but I want to say im sorry for leaving you to take care of this little guy. It wasn't Bc I didnt love you anymore i was just scared to be a dad. I was scared to fail as a father, I just want a second chance

Y/n: Robert I still love you too, I haven't stopped loving you, we could of worked things out together and be a team but you didn't even want to talk about it you just left

Rob: ik and I'm sorry but please give me a second chance

Y/n: fine you get a second chance

Rob: thank you, I missed you

Y/n: I missed you too

He wrapped his arm around you, you laid your head on his chest then he kissed your head. He was there for you 24/7 now you couldn't be more happier
