Pt. 1

Taylor's POV:
I woke up to my dog Ella jumping on my bed. "God Ella, get off of me!" I say giggling. I jump out of bed and look at my phone and see the date. July 19th!!! My birthday! How could I have forgotten?!?! I stumble to my closet and throw on something cute yet comfortable. I do my morning routine (hair, makeup, skincare etc,) and head downstairs. I run into the kitchen to find my mom, but all I find is a note.
The note:
Hey love, sorry I couldn't be there this morning. I got asked to a business trip early this morning. Happy birthday by the way. There is quite a big surprise for you coming very very soon. Hope you enjoy!!

*sighs* she always does this to me! Wait-- did she say...... big surprise? I wonder what that could be? Anyways after thinking for a bit longer, but coming up with no answer, I decided to make some breakfast. I made pancakes and bacon because it's my birthday! I heard my phone ringing from my room, so I dart upstairs to see a caller ID I never thought I'd see today......

I pick up kinda confused.
"Hello?" I say with obvious confusion in my voice. "Hey T!" "Josh?? What the hell are calling me for I'm busy planning my day out!" I say with annoyance in my tone. "Just facetime me right now." "Why?" I say. "Just please." "Fine." I say as I hang up. I facetime him the same minute.
"Hey what's up T?!" "Josh, im going to ask u this once, what do u want? We havent talked in almost 6 months and now u decide to call me? On the one day I was supposed to be happy!!" I say clearly annoyed. "Well........"
