Taylor's POV:

The next morning, I woke up and tried to get out of bed but something or someone was holding me back. I look to see Jaden, half asleep, holding onto my waist as if his life dependent on it. I giggled at the thought. I needed to talk to him about Mads and how it went. I hope he's happy with her. It'll take me a bit to get over my feelings for Jaden, but as a good friend, I want to make sure Jaden is happy. As I was thinking, Jaden starts to wake up. "Morning baby." Baby-ummmm butterflies? "Morning bub, how'd u sleep?" I ask. "Pretty good since I'm with u!" He says in his morning voice. As if this man couldn't get any more perfect- he can. "Aww I slept good. I couldn't move because of your grip on my waist though." He chuckled realizing he still hadn't let go. "Can we talk about something?" I ask. "I actually needed to talk to you aswell so sure." He said, "what's going on in that little head of yours?" He asks. "Well.....I wanted to know how it went with Mads." I say. "Oh ya........about that........" Jaden says. "What?" I ask. "I didn't get back together with her...." "Why?" I ask. "Bryce told me about how I played and messed with u and now I'm running back to someone who shattered me to pieces. It just didnt seem right. I had a whole person who cared for me more than anything but I kept running back to someone who broke me. I realized that ur the one, no one else." He says. "I'm guessing that's what u wanted to talk to me about?" I ask. "Ya I just thought I should know." He adds. "Thanks bub. I guess I just didnt realize that I wasnt losing u, I was losing the chance to call u mine." I say realizing that's what it was. "Well..............I have something planned for us today so be ready by 7:30 tonight." He says. I start to jump up and down excitedly. He chuckles at me. "Hey dont laugh at me!" I say in a baby voice. "Aww did I make Taylor sad? Come here let me give u a hug to make it all better!" He returns in a baby voice. I giggle and run to him. He pulls me into a hug. I wrap my legs around his waist and my arm around his neck. "U r something else Jaden Hossler." I say. "And u r something special Taylor Richards." He says. With that he pulls my face in and kisses me passionately. We pull away and smile. "I gotta get Addi and Vani so we can get ready for our 'date' tonight." I say excitedly. "Alright I dont want to see u until tonight." He says. "That's gonna be hard! We live together remember?" "Right nevermind!" He says chuckling.

With that I text Addi and Vani on our group chat.

I run downstairs and open the door. "Ahhhhhh girl!!!!!" Addi says. "Ikr he just told me he planned something and to be ready at 7:30." "Alroght let's get to it!" Vani says.

Vani killed this! We checked the time and it was 7:15. We did a little bit of touch up. By then it was 7:25. Shit. I have 5 minutes. I got really nervous all of a sudden. "Its gonna be great!" Addi says. "Tell us all about it when u get back!" Vani adds. "I will. I'm getting kinda nervous. I havent been in a date in a long time. What if I fuck it up?" "U wont! Just be yourself and hangout with Jaden. Ok?" Addi says. "Ok. I gotta go guys!! Thank you so much!" I say. "Got get ur man girly and no problem!" Avani says.
