I'm not exactly sure, how we got here. From one peaceful day at the trusted table, with coffee and the newest rumors about colleagues...to being tied against a post in the middle of the room, being held captive by a lunatic. Not exactly sure, how long I've been standing here, though the feeling of numbness already took over and I had no chance to move my hands. Eddie was at a sewing machine. His eyes sparkled as he prepared a dress, fitting for a future bride. I could tell, that it was some sort of passion of him.

The thought of him being a normal person in a store, sewing thousands and thousands of dresses is actually kinda saddening, since it will most likely never happen. It was a fading future of this man. I wasn't sure why he was here, just the things they doctors would often talk about. They talked about lots of things, whichever is the truth is something I'll never figure out. Plausible was the explanation about his parents, the abuse he had to go trough. Gluskin became a murderer, after all the events took place. He killed lots of Woman, when he used to be a free man. Some doctors showed me a few of the pictures, of the several women, who were cut open and the blood was splattered all over their skin, while their heads were separated...they all came into my thoughts, it was horrible, though he always denied that they were dead, the doctors said.

His psychiatrist always said, that Eddie still somehow admired these women. The only things, that made this man angry, were either his past or talking about other men. He doesn't want to open up. He doesn't want to hear any of those  things. He doesn't want to waste a single breath, since his goal is set and he wants the marriage to proceed.  He sang a song, which was not familiar to me, while his smile seemed to get bigger and bigger. Suddenly he stops. His hands caressed the texture of the dress, probably in deep thoughts. He sighs as he stood up. In his hand was now a measuring tape. His eyes met mine and he instantly put a charming smile on.

"You look beautiful...has anyone ever told you that?" He questions, his legs carrying him closer.

"Yes." Eddie's smile disappears and got replaced by a frown. Probably the wrong answer.

"Who told you that?"

"My father."

Eddie chuckled and nods his head.

"Well, your father wasn't lying to you." I left the comment unanswered. I wasn't going to loose my head now, with only one single mistake.

"If you don't mind me, darling. I have to take your measurements." I only nod. Eddie put the needle, which was still in his hand, between his lips as his rather big arms went around my body, with the said tape. He hums. His eyes totally focused on the numbers of the tape. A small smile spread across his lips again.

"Perfect." He mumbled with the needle between his lips and his eyes took a quick glance into my very own.

"You are perfect." He clarified, before returning his arms and walking back to the sewing machine. This comment made my heart flutter somehow, since it sounded like....he was really sincere about it.

"Eddie...?" I called out to him, interrupting him in the middle of his work.

"Hm?" He hums as he proceeded to prepare the dress.

"For how long do I have to stay here?" I questioned as I tried to move the straps on my wrists. "I feel slightly uncomfortable."

Eddie immediately stops and abruptly stood up, causing me to tense up. He approaches me again, his eyes showing care and love as he grabbed a hold of the strings.

"How about I bring you to the bedroom? You can rest there, sleep a bit and calm down from such a stressful day? How does that sound, my Love?" He spoke softly, caressing my cheek with his thumb, as his eyes scanned my whole facial expression. That actually didn't sound bad, maybe a little rest would clear my head again.

"Yes...Thank You, Eddie." I answer smiling.

Eddie returns the smile and began to untie me from these tight strings. He did it with such careful movements, so that he wouldn't hurt me. His eyes were focused, you could easily think, that he was working on a porcelain doll. He eventually managed to untie me. Just as I wanted to thank him again, he sweeps me off of my feet and held me bridal style in his arms. This, of course, caught me off guard and I hung onto his neck like there was no tomorrow. He smirks at my actions, adjusting his hold on me and pulled me closer to his chest. He lowered his face, coming closer and closer. His eyes scanned my expression yet again. Is he...? I could feel myself growing hot and like a magnate I approached him halfway. But he didn't do the action I was expecting, he instead lowered himself to my ear and chuckled.

"Don't worry, I won't let you fall and get hurt." He whispered into my ear, squeezing my body. "But I will make you fall for me."

My cheeks caught fire as he pulls away with that damn smirk again and then he began to walk. I tried to avoid the eye contact, I have gone mad and needed the sleep. There was no way I was blushing right now. Eddie carried me into an unknown room, which seemed rather foreign to me.

"You look...confused?" Eddie questioned as he slowly lowered my body onto the bed. His eyes always staring into mine, showing full affection and attention.

"I- well...this room...it seems...diffrent?" I said, not knowing how to explain it, but Eddie only smiles at that.

"Well, I took the time and redecorated this room for us. I knew, that I'd find someone special and that she needed a bet atmosphere, when she arrives." He explained and his hands gesture around the room.

"I found some paint cannister in one of the janitors rooms and I didn't even hesitate. The color isn't as beautiful anymore, but it looks better than those bloody rooms. Those vulgar...filthy rooms. No, no, no, no. These are no rooms for a woman, for my future bride." He stammered, losing himself slowly in his mind. He shakes his head and a smile broke through his frown.

"I also began to clean this room, that's why it's diffrent to the rest. Because I did this all for you, just so you'd feel a bit more comfortable..." He explains, before approaching the door again.

"Now, darling, get some rest. Soon, our new chapter will begin and you'll need all the strength you can get! If somethings wrong or you need something...Just shout, I'll be there In no time."

"Thank You, Eddie. It means a lot." I confess and lay back, letting the pillow cosume my body, which was surprisingly comfortable.

"Alright, sleep well. Love you and don't worry, I'll protect this Room with my life!" He announced before stepping out and closing it behind him. I could hear the lock being twisted and shutting the door completely now, trapping me in this room. My eyes shift towards the window. I began to think about Waylon and hope, that he was doing alright. I will make sure, that we would escape this place and tomorrow, I will begin to search for him.
