"What happened to you?" I questioned as I pulled away from the hug. My eyes glanced at his bloodied foot.
"I crashed through the top of an Elevator as I tried to escape that madman." He admitted groaning due to the pain.
"Let me have a look at that."
"No, we need to get out of here first." He said, pushing my hand away. I sigh.
"Fine. If you say so." I unwillingly let the problem slide. I helped him walk, taking slow steps as we left the horrible place. The smell of Blood and iron was terrible, the corpses around us didn't make the situation better.
Waylon began to groan, his weight was unbearable and I could feel our bodies slowly collapsing."Waylon, it would be great if you could help me a bit. The weight you lay on my shoulder pulls me down." I said huffing as I adjusted his grip.
"Sorry." he grunted.
The night vision of our camera wasn't as good as usual, the batterie must be empty.
"Waylon, where are the batteries?" I questioned as I took the camcorder out of his hands gently.
"He must have took them as I was asleep."
"Shit. This will be troublesome."
He only nodded his head at my statement.
"There you are! Darling, come back to me!"
My eyes widen at the sound of the voice. I peeked around the corner, caught just in time the glimpse of a silhouette waking our way. I bit my bottom lip, trying to figure out, how I can bring Waylon out of here safely.
"Come out! Or are you just another whore?!"
"I'm not a whore!" I hollered as I stepped out and clenched my fists, trying to show no fear in the eyes of the Groom.
"(Y/n)?! Are you out of your damn mind?! You must have hit your head!" Waylon whispered, his eyes showed fear.
"I'll distract him, you run as soon as he passes you!" I answered with a side smirk as I stepped back. My eyes glued to Eddie, who slowly comes my way with a creepy smirk of his own.
"Oh, Darling...I thought you slipped through my hands for a second...~" Eddie said purring, licking his lips as he walked pass Waylon, who crouched behind some boxes.
"I didn't want to leave." I lied, a fake smile formed on my lips as my eyes shift between Waylon and Eddie. Waylon took the opportunity to run, well, he tried to run. Eddie's eyes followed his form, yet he didn't care.
"Doesn't matter, I got what I need."
"You think?" I questioned as I began to loop around the table and ran after Waylon. Eddie didn't give up, he wasn't the type to do so.
"Darling! Whore!" He yelled, probably trying to piss me off, but then again...I didn't care for his opinion. After what felt like an eternity, we finally reached an open window, the glass was smashed open.
"We need to jump." Waylon looked at me, yet he knew there would be no over way.
I helped him climb over it, he screamed for a second and reached the ground outside. The rain was pouring, the wind was heavy and here I was now, scared shit less to jump. Waylon quickly got up, ignoring the pain and his eyes met mine.
"JUMP!" He yelled, his hands fiddling wildly in the air.
"No! No! Don't!" Eddie yelled behind me, but little did he know that this made me jump in the first place.
I screamed as I fell, my body collapsed upon the ground. A loud crack filled the air, that's when the pain kicked in. I held my leg in my arms, tears escaped my eyes like there was no end. I gritted my teeth, it felt like my legs was torn apart. Waylon quickly rushed to my side, his eyes fixated on me and not on the worried Groom on the second floor.
"Oh God ,are you okay? Tell me you're ok! Why would you do something to yourself?!"
Eddie didn't understand it at all. He was thinking for a couple of seconds before he glared at Waylon.
"Oh, I understand. You want to leave me for him! When I get my hands on you, I will kill you! Go! You and the rest of these ungrateful sluts!"
I let out a shaky breath, while Waylon examined my leg. He began to put pressure on my leg but as soon as he did that, I began to scream loudly slapped his hand away, glaring at him.
"I'm not a doctor, but I can tell that it's broken."
"You have got to be kidding me." I mumbled as I leand back to the ground. My t-shirt was soaked wet now, but It didn't bother me, not one bit. I simply gave up.
"I give up." I quietly said while my lips quivered.
"You can't be serious."
I didn't answer, no word would suit this situation and the feeling that was going through me. Waylon groaned as he rolled his eyes at me. His hands rested on his hips.
"Come on." He demanded as he pulled me up.
"Waylon! I can't walk!" I yelled at him as I nearly broke down again, but Waylon prevented me from doing that. He got down on his knees and pointed to his back, offering a piggyback ride.
"Hop on."
"I can't let you carry me, you hurt yourself as well." I said, disagreeing to his demand.
"Doesn't matter to me, as long as I can get you out of here." A small smile formed after he spoke and nodded to his back.
"Trust me, it's all good.""Tell me, when you need a break."
He agreed, pulling me towards him. I carefully got on his back, a bit uncertain if I should really hop on. His hands held my legs up as soon as I got on and proceeded to walk.
