Kagehina Soulmate AU (Rewrite)

Chapter 4

Hinata is my... soulmate.

Kageyama was certain. He'd seen Hinata's pendant before. He knew it'd fit perfectly with his. 

Kageyama huffed and threw the volleyball against the wall with all his strength. 

Why him? Why did Kageyama have to fall for someone like Hinata. Why did he have to fall for the orange-haired dumbass. Why did he have to be soulmates with this dumbass. It wasnt fair. It wasnt fair to him. 

He already knew his feelings werent going to be returned. Kageyama knew that Hinata hated him. The thought of Hinata hating him made Kageyama fall onto his bed and squeeze his eyes shut.

His hand made its way to the pendant that hung loosely around his neck. He held it tightly the spikes digging into his palm causing him pain. 

He soon fell asleep, his hand that was holding the pendant slipping to his side.

Hinata was panicking in his room. He was pacing back and forth while glaring at the volleyball that was placed  in his hands.

"I like kageyama.." He whispered to the ball. He confessed his darkest secret to a ball. He threw the ball angrily against the wall and shouted "NO" 

Why him!? Why kageyama! Kageyama was always angry and wore an angry face. Why would he want to spend his life with someone who was constantly picking on him. 

But the truth was that he infact DID want to spend the rest of his life with Kageyama. He didnt want to admit it but he loved the thought.

His mind of course had to remind him that Kageyama hated his guts. The setter despised the poor orange haired boy. He used to be okay with Kageyama hating him but now was different. 

Hinata threw himself on the bed and screamed into his pillow. He didnt bother to change from his school uniform. He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep thinking of a certain angry setter.
