Soulmates (kakasaku)

Starting Anew

Sakura's POV:

Cold. It was so cold and dark. But why, she was sure that she was still in her bed, so why was it cold and dark? Sitting up Sakura tried seeing were she was but ended up gasping instead when a torrent of memories hit her.

Flash back:
Shaking. Someone was shaking her to get up. But she was so tired and wanted to sleep. She had spent the whole day playing with Ino and Hinata and fell asleep right when she came back home. But the hand wouldn't stop shaking her. "Daddy?" The five year-old asked her father. "Yes, now get up you little brat and change quickly'" she was too tired to realize that her father wasn't acting the he normally did. And so she got up and changed quickly. Then her father grabbed her arm and went down stairs. Rubbing sleep from her eyes she realized there was someone in their house and her father wasn't doing anything. She stared at the person and vis-versa. Then her father thrust her into the man and said "take her but I'm warning you she is cursed. She killed my wife and she will kill you too." The man just smiled at her but it was a creepy, chilling smile. She tried to leave but he held on tighter. Sakura opened her mouth to scream but was slapped by her father who growled his next words. "Don't you even think about it you little punk." Next thing she knew she had a sweet smelling towel over her nose and she passed out to a evil smirking man.
End flashback:

Now that Sakura remembered she was confused at why her father did this. Did she do something wrong? What did he mean that she had killed her mom? That didn't make sense her mom died from a sickness... so she was told. She was still so tired and now she was scared, so she crawled to the back (of her cell) and curled up into a ball. Crying she fell asleep and wished this was a dream.

Kakashi POV:

"Alright everyone know the plan? Good. Move out" ten minutes later kakashi was rolling in dirt after he changed into old clothes and was now getting his hands tied behind his back. He was waiting for his 'father' to come and going over his part. Though he was the leader of this group, because he was the youngest he played the bait. His team was tasked with a B- mission to stop this human trafficking wring because they weren't only taking kids but anyone. So far 28 people had gone missing and there had been a report less than 40 minutes ago stating that another kid was taken. There was a witness saying that they saw the person but wasn't sure what was going on. "You ready?" "Yes let's go" As they walked through the woods he purposely fell, scratched himself on bushes, or hit his face against branches to make it look more believable that this was a kid who had tried to run away from his father. When they stopped, he sensed 10 other people hiding. The man now holding his wrist said "I brought my kid just like I promised now can I have my money?" A bag of coins landed at his feet and the ANBU picked it up and walked away leaving him alone. The leader (he assumed because he stepped forward and spoke) stared at him with a smile on his face and said "welcome to the family son" the last thing he saw was the fist coming at his face.

Sakura POV:

Jolting awake at the sound of the metal door creaking, she looked up as a big man dropped a limp form on the floor, closed the door and left. She was petrified but for some reason she felt like she couldn't leave this person alone. So Sakura scooted over to them and placed their head on her lap. She gasped at the bump that was already turning into a nasty looking bruise on his cheek. But that's not the only reason she gasped. The person she had in her lap was a boy, who had the most beautiful sliver hair she had ever seen and a small but nice face from what she could see. She leans closer only to shoot back up when the boy started to stir.

Kakashi POV:

Waking up he smelled the air because he was sure he heard another person here with him. When the smell of flowers reached his nose Kakashi looked around and let out a small groan at the throbbing in his head. Instantly there was a little girl at his side and his shocked look soon turned to horror when he realized who she was. The missing girl from tonight. But this was bad. Really, really bad. He wasn't counting on there being someone with him in his cell. He needed to be alone so that he could do his part, but now he had to help her. The whole plan was now ruined. And he was responsible for her safety. Great.
