*2 months later*
Sakura POV:

"Huh"

I stared at Naruto and Sasuke who were sitting in my visitor chairs across from me. They were talking about something but I wasn't listening.

"We were telling you that we think we should take a vocation together. Like we used to. Mom and dad can come and so can Aiko. Will you come too?"

Naruto said this with puppy-dog eyes and I couldn't help but roll mine. He knew that didn't work but that's never stopped him from trying.

"Nii-san and my mom will be coming too" Sasuke added then rolled his eyes when he saw Naruto's.

It shocked me that everyone was taking time off their jobs to come. Itachi was an ANBU captain, and Minato was a powerful jonin and was likely needed here or on missions.

Minato was Hokage for about all of 4 months. It was handed to him because Tsunade didn't want the job. But Minato wanted to be with his family and Tsunade offered to take it, because she had nothing better to do after she gambled all her money for that month. Might I add she was tipsy when she took the job.

She woke the next morning in a really bad mood when she found out she's the next Hokage. It's never pretty when Tsunade's mad so everyone avoided her... which only made things worse.

Anyways, everyone was taking off to spend time with each other and take breaks from their work. I'm surprised they even wanted to. Mikoto and Kushina were best friends. And we all got along just fine, but none of us could stand not doing anything for more then a day. Let alone a week!

"Maybe... I'm very busy tomorrow.... so I don't know if I can make it" I lied. I was busy I'm always busy, but my next week was fairly open. I also wanted to be here when Kakashi returned- wait where did that thought come from!??

I felt my cheeks turn red as I thought of Kakashi.

"Sakura you ok?" Naruto asked leaning into my personal space.

I smacked the back of his head and he face planted my desk.

"Yes now don't pop my bubble."

Groaning he got up and gave me a huge grin.

"Good to know your still with us" he joked and I rolled my eyes.

"Look, I'll think about it, but don't bet on it."

Both boys nodded and got up as someone brought more paperwork to be done.

I walked the boys to the main door of the hospital and waved goodbye. Turning I walked quickly to my office.

'Let's do this'

I was prepared for the paperwork. What I wasn't prepared for was the doctor who came flying through the door the second I sat down.

Panting he said "c-come now. W-we need your help. D-dying."

He need not say more for I was already running out of the room. He caught up and took the lead. We entered an operating room and I gasped. It was Kakashi. I hadn't seen him in 2 months because of his mission.

Walking towards them, I saw what he looked like and I gasped again.

This was worse than the other time he was in the hospital. So much worse.

He had 7 fractured fingers, 2 broken ribs, ruptured spleen, broken femur, cracked skull, internal bleeding in his stomach, punctured lung that's filling with fluids at a rapid pace. He also has inflammation by his appendix. And so many bruises.
