That next morning, Lucas said that we're going "somewhere special". Whatever this means, I'm down to do it. I also noticed that other members had disappeared from the dorms, along with their girlfriends. It makes me what will happen today and what makes today so special. Kun took Xiaolian back to his hometown in China called Fujian. Hendery went back to Macau with Kimiko. WinWin took Jinghua to his hometown in China called Wenzhou. Ten and Chaem went back to Bangkok, Thailand. Xiaojun brought Haneul to his hometown in China called Dongguan. YangYang and Julie went back to Düsseldorf, Germany.
Lucas is so happy to take me to his hometown in Hong Kong called Sha Tin District(沙田区). This is also the same district where Jackson Wang grew up, and Lucas is good friends with Jackson as well. Well, anyways Lucas takes me to his favorite place in Sha Tin District. It is nearby his old high school, before he eventually left to become an idol. Lucas shows me around, and now familiar with Cantonese, I finally understand what he's saying. He speaks completely in Cantonese, and I speak to him in English, and we understand each other even though we're speaking different languages. That's what I think is so cool about our relationship.
Lucas grabs both my hands and looks into my eyes as he starts his proposal. I knew something was up when Lucas had suddenly started gifting me things and even introduced me to his parents. Coming from a mixed-race marriage already, Lucas and I have many things in common. Lucas's mom is Thai and my mom is Filipino. These two countries are located in southeast Asia. Lucas and I share that deep connection to southeast Asia despite not being able to speak their languages not too well. We still have mothers from that area. Now, for our fathers, they come from very different cultures. Lucas's dad is ethnically Chinese, while my dad is ethnically European. Despite this, Lucas and I were able to make it work and we made it work well.
Lucas will now begin his proposal, "你是我的爱 我看不到我和别人在一起。 你使我的生活完整无缺憾 我愿与你共度余生 那么，你愿意嫁给我吗？"(You are my love. I can't see myself with anyone else. You make my life complete. I would like to spend the rest of my life with you. So, will you marry me?) "What?? Of course I'll marry you!" I exclaimed. Lucas puts this ring on my finger:

He stands up, smiles, then kisses me passionately. The people passing by applaud and congratulate Lucas on his engagement to me.
Then, while the other members were on their own vacations, it was revealed once we all got back to Seoul, that all of the WayV members had proposed to their girlfriends. Wow, now it just depends on when everyone wants to have their weddings. When we get back to SM Entertainment, the members want us to sit down in the auditorium as they sing us a special song. This song that they sing to us is the most beautiful song by WayV: Face to Face. I love this song and when they start singing, I could cry right now. The vocal line of WayV; Kun, Xiaojun, and Ten harmonize beautifully, sounding like angels who came down from heaven. Then, another song that they dedicate to us, their fiancèes, 'Let me love u'. This song is also beautiful, but it's more on the cute side. It is also a song where all the members sing. Playing the guitar live is Xiaojun. He is standing up with his Gibson acoustic guitar, singing when it's his turn.
When the mini WayV concert is over, they each say 'I love you', in their native languages. The order they say it to us goes like this, "我爱你。" Kun said(Cantonese) "ผมรักคุณ, I love you." Ten said(Thai/English) "我爱你。" WinWin said(Cantonese) "我爱你。" Lucas said(Cantonese) "我爱你。I love you." Xiaojun said(Cantonese/English) "我爱你。I love you. Eu te amo." Hendery said(Cantonese/English/Macauese Portuguese) "我爱你。I love you. Ich liebe dich." YangYang said(Cantonese/English/German) Most of the WayV members speak Cantonese, but there are a handful who speak other languages like; Thai, English, a tiny bit of Portuguese, and German. Hendery only knows Portuguese by hearing it around by some people who speak it in Macau.
That is how the concert ended, and all of us girls are in tears. That was such a nice thing for them to do. We loved the concert so much. It was the cutest thing ever, and we can't wait to get married to these amazing guys. Now, we're leaving the auditorium and on our way back to the WayV dorms. The couples are hanging out in the members' rooms. Lucas and I are cuddling in his bed together. "Lucas?" I asked. "What?" Lucas asked. "Why did all the members propose at the same time?" I asked. "Oh, um. . . It's because we really love our girls. We want to be with you for all our lives." Lucas explained. "But usually, guys will propose to their girlfriends at different times, not at the same time. It was weird, but I guess it's cute." I said. "Okay." Lucas said. "When is our wedding?" I asked. "Soon." Lucas said. "Okay, you're gonna keep me guessing then." I said, laughing. "Yup." Lucas said, laughing along.
