Kim Lip POV:

It's been almost a week now and still no sign of Jinsoul. I was pissed at the thought of seeing her one of these days. I wanted to give her a piece of my mind.

"Would it be worth it? I wouldn't want to waste any of my time entertaining her any longer" she thought

-

The first period was loud. The teacher had begun class but still, students continued to chat amongst each other. There must be some new gossip everyone is spreading. I rolled my eyes at the idea of spending time spreading rumors on others.

"HELLO!!! CLASS!!!- SIT DOWN NOW OR YOU'RE ALL- getting F's...hmm that seemed to work quite well" he smiled at himself

"Now let us begin today's lesson. Please pull out your textbooks to page-"

I tuned out the rest of his words and plugged in my headphones.

I focused on my work while he walked around helping students with their sheets. I felt a cold breeze next to me and I glanced over to see Chan.

"no please not today! I can't take this!" I thought

"Hey, Psss...Kim L- Woah! What happened to your face?!" he asked

I took out my earbud and looked over at him coldly "None of your business Christopher"

"Did you get into a fight?!" he jumped in his chair excitedly

"No"

"C'mon you can trust me. I won't tell anyone I promise." He looked at me hopefully

"I said it's none of your business Chan." I put my earbud back in

"Okay fine. Just know that if you ever need help you can come to me or-" he fished his pencil case out of his bag.

"-you can contact them and they will help you." he placed a white business card on the desk and slid it over to me. He gave a hopeful smile.

The business card was fancy. The letters were written in a shiny silver metallic color in a bold font. The card read:

"T.L.A: A New Chance To Be A New You!"

"What the hell is this? An orphanage?" I looked at him and chuckled

"No no, absolutely not. I can't tell you much but I will say this- I know what you are, and I believe that you can use your powers for the greater good. I've known a few people that work there who were just like you before they created T.L.A. All I'm saying is give them a call...please. It will change your way of seeing things." He turned back to the front and pulled out his work.

"What the hell was he talking about? Is he trying to get me to go to church or something? or worse- a therapist?" I thought to myself

-

I walked into the cafeteria for lunch and spotted Chan sitting with a couple of friends at a table. I walked over and the boys stopped talking abruptly and all looked at me.

"Chan I need to talk to you," I stated

"About?...Oh yeah! hey sorry guys I'll catch you all later!" he waved goodbye at them and he stood up.

We walked outside and decided to go sit at the bleachers on the track.

"So what's up?" he asked curiously

"I need to know more about this place...I mean it sounds okay, but what kind of place is it really?"

Chan looked around and started "Well it's a school- academy or whatever point is- it's run by supernatural people just like you. The school was made to help people like you- to be able to express their true selves."

"Wait, how do you-"

"I know a superhero when I see one Kim Lip" He smiled

"How much do we have to pay to go there?" I asked

He laughed "It's free actually. All expenses will be covered by yours truly." He looked up and smiled proudly

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Any money my parents make goes straight to The Loona Academy. They support the school 100% isn't that great?!" he exclaimed

"and you've been here before?" I eyed him suspiciously

"Well, I actually work there. I'm a manager there. The leaders there are one of my bestfriends from elementary school...and his sister as well. Anyway, I hope you consider taking a visit sometime- oh you know what? here you go-" he handed me a small sticky note with his number on it.

"Call me whenever you'd like! I am open to giving you a Tour of the academy asap! and also if you ever want to chat just call me or text me!" he smiled

"Is that an excuse to give me your number?..." I scoffed

"Oh dear no! Kim Lip I hope you don't take this the wrong way but I'm actually gay." He stated

I felt flustered. Oh, goodness Kim Lip what have you done?!!! How could I assume such a thing!!

"It's alright don't worry about it. I hope you will consider taking my offer of being great friends! I should get going to class now bye bye!" he waved and left

What the hell just happened? My mind couldn't process so many things at once. I took the card and stuffed it in the pocket of my trousers.

"Fuck it what do I have left to lose...I'll give them a call soon." I straightened out my uniform and went on with my day.
